I really wish I had more positive things to say but my last couple of visits have not been pleasant. It’s been many months since I went there hoping for better results. I knew due to teenagers my car needed professional help when it came to cleaning. I purchased the top tier interior/exterior cleaning. I also added a 20% tip. All of my windows are streaky and that’s the spots that aren’t still dirty. There are still places on my car where it didn’t get cleaned that I ran my finger across and it came off. So the machines didn’t get it thoroughly cleaned and that means there is no way they towel dried it. It isn’t shiny at all and I paid extra for the gloss and wax. They half way vacuumed. I was tired and just wanted to get home so I didn’t inspect it right then at the car wash. That was my mistake. But after paying over $55 to have my car cleaned I am very disappointed. They should do a good job no matter which tier someone chooses but when you pay for the top tier you expect top tier service. I even went on an evening when it wasn’t insanely hot outside. I don’t want anyone else wasting their money. It just isn’t worth it anymore.

Jake, Javonte, and the entire team at the Clover, SC location take the time to go above and beyond, regarding care of my GMC Diesel truck. I use this vehicle daily, feel it’s fairly large and no matter when I visit their attitude is nothing short of spectacular.

Really bummed with the work here as I was hoping this could be my new "go to" for simple vehicle detailing. Gave it 2 stars because the people were very nice, the work just wasn't great. I specifically asked if I needed to upgrade to the more in-depth vacuum to be able to get some of the dog hair and they said "no," it should be fine. They didn't get the exact spot we discussed, the didn't get the cup holders and they definitely didn't even attempt to put the hose of the vacuum in between the seats.
Unfortunately, my search continues for when I need a quick clean and don't have the time to do it myself.

I paid 52 dollars for an exterior and interior cleaning. The interior cleaning was practically nonexistent, as if the entire job was just someone taking a rag and running it haphazardly along the dashboard and nothing more. Neither the seats not the floor were vacuumed and no effort was made to clean in crevices and corners. It was the worst quality, most bare bones job I’ve ever received. My advice is to take your car to a cheap car wash and take the time to do the interior on your own. Even if you have no experience with cleaning, you will do a better job. A waste of good money; no one should take this service, especially not in this economy.

This is one of the better locations. They have incorporated their app now which makes things a little more trouble if you're not used to paying that way.

I spent nearly $60 to have my car, detailed inside and out, added the armor all treatment, paid extra to have the floor mats, cleaned, and there were so many areas that were missed or not vacuumed, and my front windshield looked like I had never had it cleaned. It was so smeared. Ask me what scent I wanted. I said, give me the new car they forgot to put the scent in there. Just horrible horrible work. Disappointed that I can’t find a good car wash in the Lake Wylie area.
