“I had the best experience here getting a rental car through Geico. The branch manager, Troy Lieberman went above and beyond average customer service. He was quick, efficient, friendly and accommodating. He took the time to talk to me and although there wasn’t a car readily available- it only took 20 minutes for them to get me one and on my way. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions I’ve had in quite some time. All too often, I find young(er) people unable to be socially polite. “My situation was not ideal…while the agents at Columbia, SC airport location were horrible…customer service stepped in and stepped up to assure that I get the car that I needed. I was serviced at another location which they were very understanding and accommodating. Check in and check out was smooth at both my pick up and drop off locations. I’m happy I didn’t give up on this company for they were able redeemed themselves and I will definitely be renting again from Enterprise!”
“Our suburban broke down on our way to vacation in the mountains, fully loaded with everything we'd need for 7 days. Went to the Avis Columbia Airport location as a walk-in and was able to get a vehicle while ours was being repaired ... would have preferred an American automaker vehicle, but beggars cannot be choosers. Only needed one day rental, which is more expensive, but the counter agent (Kaylin) was able to help me out by asking questions about my work company, resident status, etc helping with the price, which was especially appreciated since we'd be paying for repairs on the suburban too. So a big shout out to Avis and Kaylin for helping save our vacation, thank you!”
