This autozone and the manager will leave you stranded if it saves them 5 minutes.
My battery was no longer holding a charge.
They talked me out of a Gel battery (more expensive)
Rang me out for a $240 battery.
Told me they were closing 30 minutes early and could not help me swap my battery.
I told them without a jump or a new battery my car would not start. I was there to swap the dead battery this autozone just tested and told me was dead.
They would rather I be stranded in a parking lot, waste 2 hours, than take 5 minutes to either offer me tools or to swap out the battery.
I returned the battery and saved myself money at Napa.

I bought a lot from this branch. But today, June 19, I went there to buy an air filter for my car, and the price of this branch was about eight dollars more than anywhere else. And Madi there was not satisfied to give me the same price. And I had to buy from Napa

They will sell you a 16 quart oil drain pan and 10 quarts of motor oil. But they’ll only let you recycle 5 quarts of used oil. Just lost a longtime customer. Been a Rewards Customer for a decade. Advance auto is just down the road and Pep Boys is nearby also. So long!

Bought a $200 battery and asked if they could put it in as I did not have tools to do it myself. Was told that they could. Was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED when the idiot put the battery in backwards and damaged it while connecting the positive cable to the NEGATIVE terminal!!! Was EXTREMELY PISSED OFF when my car wouldn't start and the aforementioned IDIOT decided to CALL THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT because I spent 3 hours in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do next. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I Recently Purchased A Battery They Said Will Come In The Next Day Around 10:30 am. So I came to pick up the battery around 12:30 pm. Come to find out they gave my battery to someone else without checking to see if he was the one who ordered the battery. I didn’t get an apology or anything from their mistake. So they ordered me another battery that will take 2 hours because of their mistake. Honestly I am upset because it doesn’t make since how you can make a simple mistake like that.
