Disappointed today. I stay with AutoBell because they almost always do a great job. Today, even though they were not overly busy, they didn’t vacuum my trunk, did not wipe every thing down. Water Spots all over the rear of the vehicle.

I am beyond frustrated with my latest experience. I had my toddler with me yesterday so when I left the car wash I did not have the ability to check to ensure the employees did a good job with my car. I am appalled by the lack of effort that was put into my car. My daughters car seat still had giant goldfish crumbs in it, my doors had trash, the insides of my windows still had the same smudge marks I showed up with (they were not cleaned), my front seat had crumbs in all the crevices, and there was dust all over the dashboard. None of the surfaces had been wiped down. Honestly quite curious what the heck they did do with my car for 10 mins because they sure didn’t clean it. Save your money. This cost me $30. Save your money and go to the zip through car wash.

I use this location monthly. They normally do a good job but definitely make sure you check after them. Most frequently there's a lot of young kids working there and they try their best but they often miss things. I always tip them regardless of how they do but don't feel shy about asking them to hit any spots that they miss and they've always been happy to accommodate

This Autobell is the best. I’ve been to several within the city of Charlotte. There are two other autobell’s within 8min of the house, but I ALWAYS drive to this location because they are the best.
