I hate when they close early. If the store hours say close at 12:30am then why are the doors locked by 12:15am? If it’s a safety issue then change the time..

Today I went in to buy some snacks, the lady rang it up and all the advertised prices were incorrect (rang up 50% higher than what was on the rack prices). When I asked the manager if they could honor the prices, I was rudely told, " I ain't going to do that". So I went across the street and got snacks instead. 1-10 do not recommend.

Used to be a good station. Premium gas pumps basically haven’t worked in over a month, takes several minutes to pump a gallon. I’m tired of wasting my time trying to come here

The woman manager that works here has a 24/7 attitude problem that she likes to pass on to her customers and fellow employees. I thought it was just me, but apparently there are a lot of other bad reviews involving her.Watched her straight up embarass an employee in front of customers for no reason whatsoever, yelling at her while she was cleaning. I felt really sorry for the verbal abuse she had to go through and I hope she informs corporate and points to these reviews to let her go.She probably shouldn't work here anymore if she doesn't like it - there's plenty of other hard working people that would take on the opportunity.

Come here very often. I always but cups of ice at any Murphy gas station. At time I usually save my cups to get free ice as I was told by employee at another Murphy station. I walked in today showed the manager my cup that I bought in. Ask her respectfully do I have to still buy even though had my own cup. Nasty tone from the manager. "Still .54 cents". Let u know at times this same manager let me slide without buying ice. I don't mind paying for ice just that had my own cup thought it would be free as I was getting from other Murphy stations.

I like Murphy and use it often. I use it daily with my work car. The station on Garners Ferry across from the VA is the worst and it is new. Over half of the receipt printers don't work.; there is never water in the windshield wiper cleaning stations or squeegees; at least two or more pumps are out of order all the time. Have talked to the clerks several times and they always blame it on no maintenance available.
