“They always seem to be out of stock on a few random items but otherwise a surprisingly nice store for being a Dollar General. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is clean and barely cluttered.”
“While Dollar Tree on Rosewood Dr. didn't have the specific item I was looking for, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. Despite my search being unsuccessful, navigating through the aisles was easy, and the tidy layout made browsing a pleasant experience. Overall, while it didn't meet my immediate needs, the store's upkeep reflects well on its management and staff.”
“Very clean and organized store. The only problem I would say was products being in the wrong place. Most of the tags were wrong, which could cause a problem when getting to the register. I did notify the employee because I used to manage a Family Dollar in my teen years, and that was a huge problem. A customer will argue that thru cam get it for the price on the tag. Especially if the shelf is fully stocked with said item. Other than that, one of the best stores I've been to in the area!”

“Remodel was done in August/September 2023. This store now includes fresh produce and an extensive selection of frozen products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The aisles are usually clean enough for a wheelchair to pass through easily.”

“This store is generally neat, clean and organized. Most of the staff is friendly. But some of the older ladies seem a bit unprofessional with their bickering and gossiping. Management should have a talk with them about this. Customers shouldn't have to hear their complaints of the store or their personal life. We all have our own issues we're dealing with. We don't want to hear yours too every time we see you while you're on the clock. Customers deserve a positive shopping experience. Would recommend training more like Chick fil a. I'm sure a lot of their employees don't have perfect lives....but we will never know....”
“Great location! Fair prices. Lovely staff and good service. The only reason I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because the store aisles can be very confusing. One minute you need toiletries in one aisle and then you have to go all the way to the other side of the store for toilet paper. I know I shouldn’t complain and that’s not much to complain about but it would just make life a bit easier so I can go in get all of my stuff and get out with no complaints.”

“Want to acknowledge the AMAZING customer service we received on 3/9/2024 at around 12:30pm. It was my first time using the coupon system and I was really nervous. She was super helpful and kind and even showed me, on her screen the discounts that were taken off. Customer service like this does not exist anymore. I'll be shopping here more (with my coupons) more often ❤️❤️”

“I love the Dollar General on Bluff and Congaree Rd. The staff is always very nice and helpful! If they don’t have what your looking for they inquire with management to see if the item(s)will be coming in on the truck! I always compare other Dollar Generals to mine. They don’t add up! “I just left this location (6/21/21 @ 12:41pm) and I must say...I was thoroughly impressed by the way the two young ladies Imani & Shonda handled the check situation with the senior citizen! (lady with red sweater & glasses)They obviously had not handled this type of transaction before BUT... they BOTH were patient & kind, did not rush the elderly customer, and did not become rude or frustrated. “The store manager, Ms.Gibson is extremely kind to her customers. She knows then well and keeps up a great relationship with them. Whe works HARD. The store is ALWAYS well put together. It is ALWAYS clean. She is ALWAYS working. Not just standing around or hiding away. Ms Gibson has maintained a positive, and clean environment since she took over the store. I will go out of my way to shop at her location bc its so pleasant and so is she. She may be 'tough' to some, but as a manager, sometimes it requires hard decisions.
