This particular store seems to constantly be shut down due to system failures. I received a text notifying my prescriptions were ready then when I called, I was told by the pharmacist he filled it that morning yet I didn’t receive a notification until late evening as soon as I arrive they tell me their systems been down for about an hour , so how did I receive a text notification?…

The pharmacists are very helpful. Any question I ever have, from prescriptions to over the counter cough medicine, the pharmacist will answer all my questions. Big plus for me.

The pharmacist who is always at the drop-off counter is the absolute WORST. She refuses to lift a finger to help customers. Only CVS I've ever been to who won't transfer prescriptions from another CVS location bc it requires picking up the phone. Save your sanity and go to Holly Street Pharmacy a block away.
