“CVS Pharmacy Staff at the Mathews Dr., Hilton Head SC location, continue to exceed my expectations!When I hadn’t come to pick up my automatic prescription refills for my maintenance medications (as I always had done), I was called with a reminder by a Staff member.When my wife needed a maintenance prescription refilled, the staff continued reaching out to her PCP, for refill authorization. Her PCP is well known for not responding with any @degree of urgency” to Pharmacies or even to patients for that matter.The staff members persistence resulted in a much needed prescription getting refilled, without my wife having to get involved.We love our CVS Pharmacy and the wonderful CVS Staff.”

“March, 2022 VisitGreat store, selection; friendly staff especially the Baker----------We visited Hilton Head Island for spring break, 2022. While we usually stay at Marriott's Grande Ocean on South Forest Road, near Sea Pines Plantation this trip we stayed at Marriott's SurfWatch, a few miles away.We typically shop at Publix, but this time we visited this Indigo Plantation location.We were able to get the typical food for our room (has a full kitchen), including an amazing apricot spread and a dalmation cherry spread - phenomenal on.... White Mountain Bread (!!!); as we walked up, the baker was putting out a loaf of the White Mountain bread and offered it to us; it's like a cross between Italian and French breads, but lighter... we finished the first loaf in two days and then got another loaf.We visited on March 14, Pi day... 3.14... and the same baker showed me that they had pies for $3.14 that day and that he asks the kids to see if they know what Pi is (it's the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter). The $3.14 pies were back to $4.44 the next day, so Publix is commended for the fun + savings on Pi Day - thank you!Publix has frequent shopper program, and a great staff.Thank you, Publix!March, 2022 visit---------------”

“We stopped to grab a few things while staying at the Hilton Head Island MotorCoach Resort a few blocks away. For those of you planning a trip here your map apps will be one of your best friends while on the island, local ordinances prevent any business from displaying large or tall sign so with all the beautiful landscaping a lot of the places that would normally be in plan sight as you drive around aren't so easily seen.This is a beautiful store that is fully stocked with just about anything you'll need during your visit here including nice Starbucks products to enjoy while you shop. I just ran inside for few items and it was great experience, the staff at checkout was very friendly and accommodating, so this was definitely a five star experience but I understand no business can be 100% perfect all the time but if they make every effort to resolve any issue that's really all one can ask for - with so many SKUs from so many vendors everything is not absolutely under their control prior to things arriving at their store so I tend to over look minor issues and focus on the total experience. I'm a happy camper having found this place, this is a very clean and well managed store and in today's crazy economy they offer reasonable prices and fortunately for those that can't manage some short comings from retailers there are other options but I'm sure they at times have their issues as well and mat struggle with the overly pretentious...”

“Kroger on Hilton Head is a good place to shop. One tip - be prepared for low inventory on items in the produce section if you try to shop on a Sunday as this is when a lot of people are coming onto the Island stocking up for their stay. The store always have a nice selection of fresh lunch meat sliced and ready to go. The folks in the deli are efficient and work hard to get everyone served. The store is always clean, has plenty of registers open, and the staff is friendly and helpful.”

She used the GoodRX prices so I could easily afford to pay myself.They also had a nurse doing flu shots so the line for meds was not delayed by the long procress of paperwork. Great idea. Wish my local Walgreens did this.Thanks”

“I live in the Midwest where our Walgreens and Pharmacy in high population areas are top notch we go to Hilton Head island every year and this is our go to Walgreens and Pharmacy when we are in the area. I wasn’t expecting it to be as great as the locations back home but it is absolutely GREAT and might even be better than the ones back home. The pharmacy went above and beyond for us multiple times without hesitation even ordering things they wouldn’t normally carry and getting it to us in less than 24hours. We were extremely great full. They even remember us and we remember them. That small town feel. You gotta love that. Excellent location. This will be our SC pharmacy for many years.”

My order was a bit complicated and backed up the line, they had 3 back up cashiers come out of nowhere to pick up the service and get everyone out in a good time. “All staff members that I have encountered are helpful and appear happy while being at work, so that in itself says a lot. Many types and brands of products as expected. The last stop, of course, is checkout. First time I have witnessed someone bagging and square off the bag since I performed the procedure some 45 years ago. Old school and nice way to complete shopping with that added touch.The store, parking, and grounds are well maintained. Store is bright, clean, yet not antiseptic. I will return within the next few days.”
