I was behind an young man that was asking a question about an purchase at the Register. And the cashier was so rude to him at first he stood there an minute or so before she even responded to him while she was on her phone haveing an conversation that was not appropriate and not Professional at all and just when the guy asked an question about an item she was asking him "What for" I looked at her Name tag and it read "Pam" .. I was so disgusted at how she Spoke to that young Man I put my items back and i left i will not spend any of my money at an store With people that have no respect to serve me I'll go to The Refuel down the street .

Not a great place to stop if you're looking for a clean station. We stopped to get gas and use the restroom while heading back from Myrtle Beach. I wish we had used a different station as this one obviously is not taken care of very well. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled awful. The floors were filthy, and the urinal stall was missing paint, and wall tiles were missing from the wall. One of the sinks didn't even have running water. There was toilet paper on the floor of the only stall with what appeared to be feces on it. The toilet seats were so nasty I didn't dare let my kids use them. The owner of this location should really take some pride and represent the Shell brand better. Judging from the plethora of negative comments, I'm doubting if that will happen. Do yourself a favor and find a better location to stop at.

I’ve gone here most of my life for convenient store needs but this morning I’m sitting hear waiting for it to open; it’s 5:24am and supposed to open at 5am. Her dad is the parking lot for some reason and just said ‘she’s on the way’ which tells me nothing. It’s now 5:31 AM, and the worker showed up only to tell me the first thing was she wasn’t able to help me right now due to having to start the store. All I needed was a cup of coffee. Hope that the owners see this rescues and who the employee was that was late as this unacceptable.

I went there today at approx. 4:20 pm and bought 22 dollars worth of gas from a clerk named Kim who appeared to be a racist toward white people. She was very disrespectful and appeared to not know if she was a girl or not. I will no longer do business at this location.

I hardly ever go in but today I did bc I had issues with my debit card at the gas pump, well big mistake I got lots of negative attitude an short ride answers from what ever female w no name tag is working right now. To who ever is her manager let her know to check her attitude, She's the only worker here at the hour so it shouldn't be hard to narrow it down an pinpoint who she is. Time is 2:18pm, November 10th.I literally asked in a nice way to have her run my card for me on the inside, she immediately answered rudely an continued to when I mistakenly pressed debit instead of credit she explained very short an very rude " I needed to reenter an press credit this time! " I literally didn't know her next word or movement bc she was so aggressive an rude w me for no reason. Her life must be miserable

If your a man your sure to get great service. 3 times I have been in this station and had to wait while the clerks giggled and laughed with male customers. I get to the counter Not even a hello or welcome. Very thoughtless customer service. While 3 is not a lot of times in the scale of things. For this customer it was 3 too many and am not returning.
