The stars are on friendliness because they are super friendly, but the car i bought from them was a Ford edge, not even 1 month after getting car didn't have a gasket cover radiator hose had a leak, radiator fan and ac fan went out over half coils and spark plugs where out oil leak, and no telling what else right now as it is currently in a shop being worked on again. I expressed i was needing a vehicle to see my mother who is very ill and was assured this car was the one. Yes they went down on price and did deliver which was awesome but as of repairs right now I have spent more on then the actual car itself. Will post reciets and the sale date form of when I bought the car after everything is complete at the shop it is currently at.

Bought a 2008 avalanche from them on a Friday and before the next Friday it was blown up so not recommend

My car started overheating less than a month after I got it. I repeatedly had to put coolant in it, took it to my mechanic and he told me I had a blown head gasket. He was surprised I was even still driving the vehicle and it hadn’t blown up yet. Do NOT recommend buying a car here. Wasted so much $ here.

I went there looking for a car for my son, that I saw online. It was already sold, but they showed me another car. I asked about another car I saw online at the Florence location, and they called to see if it was still there. They were very helpful and I will keep them in mind in the future.

I had a great experience here. Very Friendly and understanding. I brought a 2000 Honda Accord from him I noticed that the passenger windshield didn’t work when I was test driving the car brought it back told him about and he fixed by the time I got back with the money to pay for the car. Him and his wife were very nice to me and my grandma. I definitely Recommend if you need a good use vehicle to stop by visit Mr. Tommy’s.

Let me be completely honest here . I paid total price cash for a 07 jeep patriot it came with no warranty but I he gave me one anyways . And as soon as I had some minor problems a couple weeks later with the vehicle he didnt hesitate to fix them at no cost, he didnt have to fix them for me but he did and I am forever grateful!I'm actually planning on buying another vehicle from him and his wife is so super sweet! Yall are absolutely awesome, thank you for everything you've done and are doing for me and my growing family!

I went there shortly after they opened...mister Tommy gave me the best deal...and they were both very nice...sorry bout you having to buy apple bees lol...best used dealership around that has the most nice and respectful people...spend your money here....promise you wont be disappointed!
