I have worked with Prosource for the last five years. They operate a professional business model, they have a beautiful showroom with all flooring and tile products, including carpet, hardwood, laminate vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, ceramic tile, backsplash, and shower products. The staff is very timely with follow up and always welcoming to assist. highly recommend. Prices are very competitive.

Pro Source is one of our go to establishments for flooring. They have a great selection at competitive prices. Sales reps are very helpful in suggesting a product that will meet your needs. A sales rep told me about a perfect tile from Happy Floors for my basement that wasn’t in stock, so they sent me a sample via UPS within a short amount of time. I ended up ordering this particular gorgeous tThe staff is very professional; Emily is the best!! I have enjoyed working with her.

If you're looking for quality sources for home building and renovations, or replacements this store has so much to offer. I had several choices in floor, wall, and cabinet coverings. Don't be intimidated by the wholesale signs, these people are friendly and helpful. Many brands available!

Worked with Christina on our floor covering selections for our new build. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. She listened to our needs and recommended several options for us to choose from. By the time my wife and I were through we felt like we were more friends than clients. We also met the owner, Will, who is super friendly as well. Great experience!

I have been working with Emily, for several months. I am building a home with 5 bathrooms. I also live in another state, so it is nice to be able to count on her to get things done from afar. She has been helpful, professional and responsive. Her follow-up is great. The design help was spot on. She kept me posted and helped arrange for things outside the scope of prosource. I very much enjoy working with Emily and will continue to work with her and prosource. It is wonderful that they have EVERYTHING you need for renovations or new build. It really makes things easier for one stop shopping. Thank you Emily.

My wife meet with Christina approximately two weeks ago regarding a quote for tile & a vanity for our master bathroom. Pro Source came highly recommended by our contractor. Christina was exceptionally helpful & informative for nearly an hour. She promised a quote would be emailed to my wife the next day. After several days my wife left a voicemail with Christina that never was responded to. After a couple more days she left another that wasnt responded to. After a couple days she sent an email that wasnt responded to. We are highly disappointed as given the recommendation of our contractor all we needed was a remotely reasonable quote to proceed forward. After delaying the project for two weeks waiting for a response we now need to find another vendor for the tile & vanity. Dont like writing negative reviews & not really upset with Pro Source, just very disappointedDespite the response below that ProSource would be in contact we never heard from them. Company we are using for bathroom renovation said it has been increasingly common for customers they send to ProSource to never receive quotes or other promised communications.
