Highly recommend this shop!! I had such a great experience. And very trustworthy! I brought my car in, they diagnosed it to confirm it was what I thought it was. Gave me options and different price points and had the part ordered and my car fixed next day. Now to bring the truck in! ? Thank you so much One Horse! I will be back!

Today, 12/20/2023, I was Christmas shopping with my wife in the Greenville area. We drove down from Asheville NC. While we were in town we noticed a small puddle of coolant under our car. It was about 4 in the afternoon. We attempted to drive home and the vehicle overheated. I pulled off the road and found myself unknowingly in the parking area for One Horse Auto Services. As we sat stranded, calling around trying to figure out towing costs etc., I happened to look up and see a sign for One Horse Auto Services. I called the number, and prayed that they were still in the shop. Mrs. Owens answered the phone and I asked with desperation if they were still open. She said yes, so I told her I was coming to see her. I explained that my wife and I were an hour from home, had to get back to our kids and we were desperate for some help. She asked her Grandson Blake if he could check it out.it Blake dropped what he was doing and came to speak with me. I explained our dilemma to him and without hesitation he said, " Let me have a look at it." He stepped outside and immediately had some ideas about where our troubles may lie. In just a few minutes he had pressure tested and located the problem. He ordered the part, and quickly made the necessary repair. This is un-natural in my world folks. People don't just stop what they are doing to help someone in need. He had us diagnosed and repaired within an hour. I know this isn't the same story for everyone, but I honestly believe if they could help every customer in the same way, they would. They are fantastic people. I would recommend them to anyone and even though I live an hour away, I will from here forth bring my vehicles to them for service. I highly recommend them.
Do yourself a favor, skip past the nonsense and take your vehicle to them. Have no doubts that you will be treated properly and by trustworthy people who won't try to rip you off or oversell you.
Thank You Blake, Thank you Mrs.Owens. I am forever grateful for your help today.

Excellent!!!! I pulled up so nervous after being told I had a different issue from 3 different previous mechanics. I had some serious anxiety about going to a 4th. Less 15 minutes later my car was diagnosed with a whole different issue, but finally it was the right problem and it took 30 minutes to fix & I was safely back on the road. I'm very grateful.

Finally found the mechanic to help us with our older cars that is trustworthy and hardworking. Husband's health prevents him from doing our repairs and maintenance and we needed to find someone willing to deal with older cars and older owners. Took a difficult to diagnose problem and he found and fixed the issue. Almost afraid to recommend as we don't want him to get so busy we can't get in. Thanks Blake for your determination to fix the Taurus!

It's been many years since I've been to an auto repair shop that's Extremely Professional and Honest like One Horse Auto. One Horse Auto doesn't try to cheat people out of money by telling them something that needs to be fixed when there is nothing really wrong. Paul, the owner, is very knowledgeable about Chryslers. I have a Town and Country. That's why I take my van there. And his prices are reasonable.
