I recently needed new tires and chose God Bless America Tires based on their selection. As a disabled veteran, I usually have a flexible schedule, which was necessary given my experience. Initially, I was quoted $250 for the tires, a reasonable price. However, after the installation, which took over two hours despite no one else being in line, the staff informed me that the price would be $350, not the $250 initially quoted. This change was communicated only after the installation was complete, which I found quite disconcerting.While the tires themselves are of good quality, almost new and performing well, the overall service experience left much to be desired. The unexpected price increase and the prolonged installation time, especially without any other customers waiting, were major disappointments.To sum up, while I can vouch for the quality of the tires at God Bless America Tires, the service aspects, particularly in communication and efficiency, were significantly lacking. I advise potential customers to be cautious of unexpected pricing changes and to be prepared for a potentially lengthy service time.
