We have a 2022 Hyundai Kona where a deer hit the front driver side. We took it there to get an estimate and have it fixed. Wayne and his Benson family (Crew) did an awesome job, and plus they were on schedule. The other thing We like was the customer service and that the job was guaranteed for the life of the car. They are a Blessing to me and my wife. We would recommend them to anyone.

Was sent here in the begging of September of 2023 by my insurance for a fender bender. Didn’t get my car back until October 31st. Was told several different stories by several different people I spoke to there. Car wasn’t even repaired properly. Pieces pop out continuously still. Had my car labeled as a 2023, no. It’s a 2024. “Replaced” my windshield washer reservoir but left the connecting hose cut off. Charged for hazardous waste removal but there was literally NOTHING in this this car other than pieces the fire dept put in there (it was my bumper ?), and were honestly super rude whenever I called them myself. Was told the parts to repair my car weren’t available because they weren’t even in production yet AFTER being told their expected arrival date previously ?
Don’t go here if you expect quality work. Don’t go here if you expect things to be done in a timely manner. Just don’t ?

In the Benson Collision body shop the staff up front as your greeted is amazing. They were all very professional and friendly and helped me out with every question I had about my service I needed done. I was very impressed with them all from the front to the guys who were gonna do the work I needed done. I want to thank them all for such a wonderful job they do there at Benson in the body shop. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Would give zero stars if i could. I can’t speak for their actual work because their customer service was so poor i had to take the car elsewhere. I received an estimate from them and paid upfront for the part that was required to order. Scheduled appointment for a week later and when it got to the day before the appointment day i called to confirm if the part was there and ok to bring. I got the runaround from them, was told they would call back but didnt, etc. Anytime you call they act like it is an inconvenience and why are you bothering them. So i called a 3rd time only to be told part was on backorder and dont know when it will be in. This a common side flare on a jeep so i knew that wasnt true so to prove it i got another estimate from a body shop a few miles away and they got the part in a few days no issue and didnt even charge me for part upfront. They still never even called me to reschedule Had to dispute on credit card to get my money back for a part still on “backorder” My advice is run, don’t walk from this place.

am unable to provide a review for the actual workmanship, but the customer service at the shop was horrendous. My 23-year-old college graduate son had his brand new car hit by the landscaping crew at his apartment complex. Since it was a minor cosmetic repair, I wanted him to take responsibility for the repair, and I thought the shop's long-standing homegrown reputation would be a great place to start. He went ahead for an estimate, pay for parts, and received a scheduled date.
Before dropping off the car for repair, I called the shop to inquire about the availability of parts. Renting a car for a 23-year-old is both difficult and expensive, so I wanted to avoid wasting any days. They promised to call me back, but they never did. When I called again, they disconnected the call. My son was traveling for work, and we were trying our best to meet their timeline and have him not miss his flight. Finally, my husband called and they returned his call, informing him that the (very basic) part was on back order with no ETA.
I've become quite disillusioned with body shops and their claims of parts being on back order. I had a similar experience with another shop, but I managed to find the part through a different dealer within 5 minutes. So I did the same with this shop and their neighboring dealer got the part within 3 days. Additionally, I believe some items were missing from the estimates, such as sensor calibration, which was included in the other 2 estimates I received.
I had already prepaid for the parts, so when I asked if they would refund that amount since they couldn't obtain the parts, I was disconnected again. They then called my husband and informed him that I would have to wait for 2 more days.
In reality, I ended up waiting for 4 days, and they took my credit card information without giving me a receipt or confirmation. My credit card company confirm no return transaction was pending, and I had to open a dispute with them.
The service I received was absolutely terrible, as mentioned below, and the front desk staff were extremely rude, lacking empathy and any sense of apology. If Benson didn’t want the business, they could have said no on the estimate (it wasn’t a huge job), and if truly delay it would been to our advantage to postpone. Instead of communicating, they went immediately on the defense.
That's alright though. I will take my purchasing, servicing & collusion business elsewhere, as their behavior has turned me off. I rather drive 30 minutes more and even pay more not to be disrespected.
It's definitely not a welcoming environment for young adults or women, as they only seem willing to speak to my husband. Delays do happen, and I’m okay with that, but it the lies that ruin it for us.

Please do not take your vehicle to Bensons body shop or service center..my son took his challenger for a small dent they keep it a month for a 2 day job ypu can see where the paint dies nit match up looks like they just ut buddy over it, then they took it to the service center where the tild him he needed his top wnd motor work done
.luckily he had a warranty, they did nit get in touch with us about the car they lost the folder at the body shop first day we ca me he had appointment in advance for 2 months we should had known then they were not on top of things,I called 32 days ago and was told they didt know where the papper work was or the keys..Ling story short we got the car back and my son had wrote the miles down before they drove the car 40 milestone where did they go
I know they test drive it but wow..and twheb we got it home we noticed there were scratches on the car that wast there a yellow scratch in the left side view mirror and the car was diety,they clean the inside however it wast really dirty..iam so disappointed and disgusted with them very poor customer service, they have no idea what is going on..most horrible experience ever..! Will never take any of my cars there again
