I no longer live in Greenwood but still use them when I want to send flowers to loved ones there. I’ve seen their work firsthand over the years, and have consistently been very happy with them.

Thank you to Ms. Deb at The Floral Case, here in Greenwood, for Mama’s casket spray. She and her girls did and excellent job providing a beautiful display that I will remember forever. All I had to do was show her a picture of something similar to what I wanted and insisted that she use artistic freedom to make it special. Her attention to detail and understanding to her customer’s concern is second to none. Thank you again Ms. Deb for all that you do.

The flowers for my daughters wedding was so beautiful! They did a great job and exceeded our expectations! They set them up and made sure everything was beautiful!! I love the owner and her staff! They were so sweet and helped fulfill the vision for our big day. They did the bouquets, corsages, cross decorations, table decorations and large centerpieces for the stage. They were all perfect!!!

Owner is mean, disrespectful and has a nasty attitude towards customers! My daughter ordered a bridal bouquet that was roses and baby’s breath. She went Friday (the day before her wedding) to pick it up and she was given a bouquet of greenery and ferns (not what she ordered) my daughter is soft spoken and didn’t want to offend the owner so she was consulting with her maid of honor to get her opinion if she should purchase it and add flowers to make it work. Went to The Floral Case a year before my wedding to make sure she was available and get a price. I was brushed off multiple times because my wedding was a year away. In the mean time, my fiancé and I decided to just go ahead and get married. Deborah called me a week before my original wedding was supposed to take place to talk about final information. I let her know we decided to just get married. She proceeded to hang up on me when I told her this.

Ms. Deborah and staff do a great job not only on the floral / gift side but the Tobacco Case meets expectations for all tobacco needs (pipe, cigar, etc.). Great place to visit and shop!

I hate to leave a bad review but called with no answer. Walked into the cigar room this weekend and it felt warm and really dry. Spent about $65 dollars on select sticks and they are extremely dry. Will take several weeks in a humidor to attempt to revive them .... Not like the experience i had the last time I was there. Humidifiers need to be reset or replaced.

Such a delightful place. Outstanding cigar selection along with a very knowledgeable staff. The owner seriously knows her tobacco. Many world class smokes along with some treasures such as Arturo Fuente special reserves 9 year. A must for anyone traveling within the area.

Debra did an amazing job with the bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding! I came to her only a week and a half before the event and she was able to accommodate everything I wanted--not to mention she put it all together beautifully!
