This is one place that I will never get no furniture from anymore! I called them to explain my situation and that I’ll be paying them sometime next month, last month they called my phone like it was an emergency and I’ve never missed a payment! They’ve lost one good person that keeps on doing business with them.

Everyone was very accommodating considering that I came in last minute to purchase a lift chair for an elderly relative. They were kind enough to sell me a floor model and get it delivered the next day.

Sales Rep and Delivery went smooth... Ran into an altercation and the lady at the front that answers the phone was so rude! Almost canceled my entire order because of her. She had the worst attitude and customer service! Should definitely not be working with customers or answering the phone...

On Saturday, I went to the store without wanting to buy anything but in the end, I decided to buy something. Mrs. Tanis took great care of me. She was so very helpful.On Monday, I went to pick up what I had bought. Everything was going well. I didn't have time to put it all together because I had to pick up 2 more things.Then on Thursday night, I started to put everything in its place and I realized that 2 things were damaged (headboard/entertainment center). Today, I went to speak to the store manager about my damaged items. The entertainment center will be exchanged, surprisingly. The headboard came with a giant crack and it’s deep inside. The store manager was no help!! He ACTUALLY suggested for me to paint it with a black marker!!!! Stunned, I asked him why did I purchase insurance on the item to just “paint it with a black marker”??! He said “You can just fix it with a marker.” ..One thing is I will NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. I will never spend my money here again nor recommend anyone to shop there. Very upsetting I spent all this money on insurance for nothing to be done to help with my damaged items.

Do not buy from this companyI spent 2K on a couch and recliner and when the delivery was made only 1 guy came and was in a pickup that the tailgate didn’t openWhile trying to get the couch out it was dropped onto the driveway ripping the leather on the bottom edge. 3 months later the couch recliner broke.They sent someone to repair then 6 weeks later the reclinerChair broke and I was told since I didn’t buy a warranty they was not going to fixSo go elsewhere to buy your furniture meanwhile I am weighing my options possibly attaining an attorneyThe Hintons

Customer service was exceptional from the time we walked in the door. Mack was wonderful! He gave us the information we needed to make a decision but did not pressure us to buy. The purchasing process was quick and easy, and delivery was quick. Thanks for a great furniture buying experience.
