“We ate lunch there. Service friendly. The food was not the best, but the atmosphere was nice, very clean and just a calming place for lunch to visit and get a bite to eat. Shopping is available also. This is a mission minded business for a very worthy cause. That's why I don't mind spending a little more for things. (When I can).”

“Good place to shop for bargain clothing. Only negative thing for me is that you cannot take their carts to the parking lot. Last year I bought a small table that I had a hard time carrying to my car because the tall rod on the shopping cart prevented me from taking the cart through the exit door, and I had to carry the table all the way to my car.”
“I had an issue today in the store with a previous online order. It required a customer service phone call, and the manager on duty and the clerk were very kind and helpful until the issue was resolved. I didn't get either of their names, but it was 06/04/25 about 1:30 pm. Thank you for excellent customer service!”

“We love Rue 21! I buy work clothes there and my teen daughter loves them too. Clothes are great quality at affordable prices. The shopping atmosphere is awesome between the staff and the music. Be warned, this is not a place for anyone over Gen X. The styles and such are not for older people.”
“I go here pretty regularly for the one size fits all tank tops on the left side of the store. I am being very specific but it is comforting to know that I am able and do, wear these tank tops year round and with my weight changing so much I am happy with knowing I will at least have a few things to wear. Also the selection of clothing is more varied if you can take the time to look. Staff is friendly and the store is clean.”

“The owner is so sweet and helpful. I went in to get a shirt design for senior night. I showed her a print off of fb and she made it so beautiful!! This was not my first visit and I would definitely recommend you go visit her store. She has so many beautiful dresses, shirts, and jewelry.”
