They sold us phones guaranteeing a certain monthly bill and when this was not the bill we received, we returned to ask them about it. They said it would take a few billing cycles for the promo to kick in and we would be refunded. Apparently this was a lie to delay us until it was too late to return the phones.
I have reported the store to Verizon so hopefully they will be shut down soon.

Phillip was such an amazing help to me trying to get my internet box set up for me. I had trouble setting up myself he spent a lot of his time working with me and I’m extremely appreciative of the time he spent with me. 10 out of 10 see him every time.

*Beware* I wish I would’ve never stepped foot in this store. They are complete scam artists and should not be allowed to operate. I went in for a new phone and they added several unauthorized lines/charges to my account. I found out later that night once I received an email. I went back the next day to return the phone I purchased and ask that they removed all of the charges and lines that I did not authorize. They assured me everything would be back to the way it was. It has been weeks and I am STILL dealing with the aftermath of what they did. They claimed they were making my bill cheaper but it is way more expensive now. I can’t even get an itemized bill to see what all I am being charged for. I have an appointment with an authorized retailer and if they cannot rectify this wrong I will be switching carriers.

Let’s be honest, it’s not a direct Verizon store & that alone is a red flag. James helped us, Go in add 2 lines a 3rd was ordered online. Get charged $40 activation for 3 phone, 2 (including the one that hasn’t even arrived via mail) were never even touched by them. Was told my trade in would pay off 1 phone, go to take it in & now all of a sudden it’s half the trade in we were told & he acted like he didn’t want to hand me a phone back that was payed for directly through apple. When confronted he says he never said that, with 2 people hearing what he said. He added over $200 unneeded extras to the bill. Luckily I knew someone to fix it all. & don’t bother commenting back that I should contact corporate like you have everyone else, it’s already done. This store is a joke & they will scam you at every turn. Go direct or do it online yourself it isn’t hard to do.

I would give them a zero if possible. Unbelievably awful customer service. Promise things to customers and then not fulfilling promises. I bought a screen protector from them and was told at time of sale, I could get a free replacement. I went into the store today and was told that it would not be free and nothing offered to me. Just “have a good day”. Do not do business with them. The worst customer experience ever. Really makes me think gunk about leaving Verizon as a whole. They do not care about their customers at this store.just focused on sales and making commissions. Not doing what’s right. Stay away from this store.

We spent more than normal for side equipment which was fine, we needed the offerings. We made the selections We also listened to another Verizon offering: Internet service with a tower. Which we also purchased. We saved money compared to our existing service.
