Recently moved to Greenville SC from South Florida and needed a pro shop for my bowling needs. I was given Upstate Pro Shop as a solid reference. Well, I can say I am beyond happy with the quality of service, professionalism, and care. I look forward to doing a lot more business with them. If you need ANYTHING bowling related, you can't go wrong here. If they don't have it, they will find it for you.

I brought in a ball to be drilled and Drew did a FANTASTIC and professional job. He watched me bowl before drilling, to determine my PAP, and then recommended a layout for the ball. A few post drilling adjustments and I was on the lane trying out my new ball. He also came out later to observe how the ball was doing, and offered me a few much needed bowling pointers that helped me increase my average. I am very pleased with the process and the results.

Always a positive experience at Upstate Pro Shop. The staff is knowledgeable and strive to give you exactly what you need/want. The entire staff are very friendly and eager to help in any way possible. Most anything you want or need can be found at Upstate Pro Shop and, if they don't have it right now, they can have it for you quickly. Don't trust any other shop to do work on my bowling equipment.
