Terrific staff. Very helpful, friendly and professional. There were 3 employees on staff and with all my questions all three were more than happy to assist me. I always return items there and would not think of going anywhere else!

Not going to this store anymore, my wife went in there today and the two girls that were in there were super unfriendly, just stared blankly at her when she was asking questions. Ended up going to postal annex where all questions were answered with care. I would fire both employees, perfect way to lose lifetime customers.

This store used to be good. They don't open on time. Need to update their store hours bc the last few times I've been here, they're definitely not open at 8.

I have tried to give this UPS Store the benefit of the doubt since switching owners a few years ago. The previous owners were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and respectful.Today, I just can't patron there anymore. The cashier watched me walk up to the door with five packages in my hand, watched me drop one of the packages outside the front door, and did nothing to assist me with the door or the packages. I have frequented this UPS at least once a week, more likely twice a week for the last decade. The staff are unfriendly and openly unhelpful. I will now drive 10 minutes out of my way to another UPS Store just so that I don't have to be subjected to that disrespectful treatment.I think small businesses are a foundation for our economy, and I intentionally frequent them over the chain stores. I have just never gotten that warm and inviting feeling since the owners changed.
