My favorite plant shop in Greenville! They have a nice variety and the plants are nice and healthy too. They have lots of plant accessories and pots as well.

I love this plant shop! They have a lot of unique and necessary tools to support novice and expert plant parents, as well as cute plant accessories. The owners are so kind and they even have a plant potting station. I got this plant and I absolutely love it. Compared to other small plant shops, this one is also affordable and has frequent deals and lots of fun pop ups to support other local businesses and offer interactive experiences for all clients.

This has quickly become my favorite place to go plant shopping at. The store is beautiful. The people working there are so kind and knowledgeable about the plants. I enjoy spending time here.

I’ve been shopping here for years now and couldn’t recommend more! I’ve bought 30+ plants from them, all amazing quality. Sure they’re more expensive than Lowes & big box stores, but it’s worth spending a bit more to support a local store and knowing they also source from local and women owned nurseries. Almost every plant I’ve bought from a department store either dies or is very unhealthy- spend the few extra $ to know your plant has been loved and sourced ethically. So excited for them in their new building that they own!

Sun and Soil is the absolute best! They have a fantastic selection of not only plants, but fun pots and other plant accessories. I’ve bought every plant from here since moving to GVL almost three years ago. Plus it’s female owned and they do a lot to support the community - definitely recommend for anyone living or visiting in the area ?

I love this place. It's warm and welcoming, and the staff/owners are super knowledgable and friendly. I live nearby and drop in often. I love to browse and learn, but I usually can't leave without buying something. Go and check it out!

This could easily be my favorite place in all of Greenville. Leyly exudes kindness, wisdom, and an abundance of plant knowledge. Not to mention the fact that she is an absolute ray of sunshine. If you need a pick-me-up, stop in and pick up a plant. You won't be sad you did. PS...she saved my friend's sad Monstera!

We have bought at least 30 plants in two years. All have been healthy and beautiful! The owners are lovely young women. I had one plant that was losing leaves. Brogan suggested putting it outdoors and it thrived. We love their selection of plants and pots. Even though they were closed for several months due to their move, I waited for them to reopen to buy more plants. We feel so fortunate to have Sun and Soil in our community. I recommend them to others on a regular basis.

I love this place so much! I was able to buy a few plants that I didn’t have yet. The owner took the the time to answer a billion questions, and repotted one of my newly, adopted babies. I also love the dedicated parking spots. We will definitely be back!

I have been here twice. The first time was during the grand opening and I purchased 2 expensive cacti and spent over 300.00 that day with those 2 items, a small pot and small plant. I was ok with that, but I should have done my homework because I later found the cacti for about half the price somewhere else. The other plants are just eh and nothing spectacular. Pricing is ok on other plants, although slightly higher than other local nurseries for the same plants, but that's to be expected for a botique plant shop. My second visit here I had to listen to the owner make small talk for about 10 minutes with her friend, who let out so many F words it was revolting, and she did nothing to stop it or discontinue the conversation. Now my third experience was over the phone when I asked about doing a return and was told all sales final, which is fine, but the condescending attitude and disrespectful laugh at the question was the final straw. I will not be back and will stick with Martins nursery, my real go to, plus they have great customer service. update--I would be careful buying plants here as well. My most recent visit I purchased a plant that the cashier had to wipe off to make it clean. I thought that was odd but I didn't notice pests on it. I brought it home and every day I had to clean it off and couldnt understand why it was getting so "dusty" with white stuff every day, and it was the only plant looking this way. I tossed it into the trash because it was making me uneasy. (also the same plant I wanted to return because of this) Today I get home and the plant immediately next to it is covered in mealy bugs! My first pest and not happy! Clearly that is what was starting with the plant purchased from here!

By far one of the best plant stores I’ve ever been to. Superb plant selection, slick interior design, staff is friendly and informative - don’t you dare go to a big box store if you are within a reasonable driving distance…

Absolutely lovely shop! The staff knows SO much about the different plants and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I love how much they're involved in the community and all the fun events they host! The shop is always well-kept and they rearrange the shop often to keep things feeling fresh. And they always have a candle burning so it smells good, too! 10/10 would recommend!!

Greenville needs more plant shops like this! These people really know their stuff, and they're happy to give you any information that you need to make your plants THRIVE. Love this place! ?

They posted on Instagram that the following day they would have monsteras on sale for 15-20 dollars to “clear out inventory”. The following day, I walked in the store three minutes after they opened and purchased a monstera. They charged me $40 and said that “sorry, our sale monsteras sold out.” I tried to return my purchase a few hours later and they said they don’t accept returns. Not upset about the return policy, but upset that I was charged double and that there was no communication about their sale supposedly ending. No solutions were offered, and I can’t believe they would have a sale that only lasted 3 minutes. Very disappointed and will not be returning or recommending.
