I stopped on the way through town, young bigger gentleman was so polite and respectful unlike any of the other employees. He got a dollar out of his own pocket because i was short on change me and a few other people was talking about how respectful he was. Kid is definitely going places i sadly didnt catch his name but I believe it starts with a M or a N. SPINX KEEP HIM CLOSE HES THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL RESPECT YOU IN THIS STORE!

Some employees are friendly others not so much. OK gas prices. Selection is only mediocre.

12/14/23 @ 8:55 amFor the ownership:The QT is across the street with a full parking lot. I pull into your establishment because it was on the same side. The parking lot at your establishment had 2, and maybe this is the reason. The manager was on the phone (soeaker) about insurance that was canceled. The cashier (had a store call) rang me up and never said a word as I wasn't sure if the transaction went thru. I had to ask no have a good day or anything.

Worst Spinx gas station ever!! My credit card was stuck in the machine, so I went inside to get help from the cashier. The old lady attending the cashier Sunday morning looked like she didn't want to be there. I asked for help getting my card out of the machine but was told that she didnthavethe key because the manager wasn't. I asked if she could call the manager, but I was denied. She didn't even budge to try to help or anything at all. Worst customer service and I never will return to this gas station! ?

It’s fine. Was expecting better. I got gas and a car wash. The attendants didn’t have much of a personality and seemed annoyed. Work on your customer service. The wash didn’t clean the car that well either and lasted maybe a minute or two tops.

I pretty much go to Spinx exclusively. This one is out of my way and only go here about once a month. I have to say my normal 3 around work I use have a HIGH homeless population. Sometimes the bathrooms are wrecked from this crowd, but they try to keep them up and are usually spotless on my next visit. However, this spinx is kinda out away from All that, yet it is the dirtiest bathrooms I have seen at any gas station in awhile. Thank goodness they don’t serve food here. Please consider retraining staff on keeping the restrooms clean and updated. Considering the stains in the urinal have been there for at least two months have insured I would never buy coffee here. That is pretty bad considering this store is not open late like the others.

The cashier working right now (9:40pm; 9/8/2021) is so hateful. Always is. Never has a smile, doesn't listen when you ask for something at the checkout, and ignores you to talk to someone visiting her. I go to this location almost daily, and everyone else is quite friendly except her. I cringe every time I see her at the register. How can someone be so miserable and work in customer service??

Doors have been locked during business hours twice within a few weeks. Had to drive across the street to QT both times.

Disgusting. Use the restroom across the street at QT. It’s always clean. The clerks there are friendly also.
