It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice! He coordinated same day delivery and made this potentially stressful process smooth. Will definitely return for future mattress needs.

If you are looking for lots of options for mattresses and bed frames, this is the place. If you are looking for a warm and friendly welcoming and great hospitality, don't bother. The man working there acted as if he couldn't be bothered to greet us to show us anything. We left without buying anything.

UPDATE: Loved our Primo futon mattress so much, we bought another one from them! Also bought gorgeous and thick futon covers, bolsters too! It really makes our room stunning! Hopefully you can see the photo. It is much prettier in person, soft, textured gray-blue heather smooth chenille with some black. Also got one with khaki greens, golds and black pattern with same fabric style. Very elegant.Great folks to deal with, and glad to buy our futon mattress and frame from a locally owned business. Prompt and courteous delivery. Price for our futon frame was about the same as the same frame from a larger company, but still glad we bought from a store where we knew and tried out what we were getting before we bought.

If you are buying a bed or a mattress, don't fool around or waste your time — just come here! The prices are excellent, the selection tremendous, and the people are super friendly. What a great experience!

Rude owner, prices are fair but you may end up w disease or parasites used mattresses are brought to warehouse and placed not far from "new" mattresses. ( mattresses are able to be returned, some customers take plastic off and then return. Mattress is then repacked and sold as new. (Ewwww). At least let the customer know this and let them determine if they want to take the risk.
