Caleb at the woodruff road was the best. He stayed late helping us look at all of our options and we got exactly what we needed. We are so pleased with our purchase. Our only regret is not buying it sooner.

Was immediately greeted by Caleb who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the extra time to answer all of our questions and laid out all bedding and pricing options to aid in our decision. Mind blown! Came it at exactly 10:00 when they opened and were promptly greeted by Caleb. Low key, not pushy, we had already narrowed down our choice, we mostly wanted to just try it. Not the latest and greatest or most expensive and Caleb never once tried to upsell or steer us to something different. This was absolutely the most low pressure, nicest, easiest large purchase ever. We were done, delivery appointment made and out the door in 45 minutes. You can't go wrong by going to see Caleb! By the way, the in-store price, out the door, was better than the website price with all their current deals and promotions applied, even paying for them to haul away our old mattress.

Jerry was an excellent salesman! The man deserves a raise! Jerry listened to our story and helped us decide on which mattress to choose and really showed us how the bed takes care of your body.His bedside manner is second to none!

Our Sleep Number bed started having issues on one side with the FlexFit system and THERE IS NO LOCAL AFTER SALE SUPPORT. Unacceptable for a $8k bed.

Caleb was phenomenal to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with. He gave us options and never once was pushy .The store was busy and he did a great job acknowledging and assisting everyone.
