“Salesperson was attentive but needs some sales training and how to size someone's feet. When you're buying a $200 pair of shoes and the salesperson hands you a shoe laced like a $5 pairs of shoes it's kind of a turn off. It's a good thing my feet love the high-end New balance shoes. I wanted to pull the laces tight when trying them on but couldn't because I was pretty sure I was going to buy them. It completely runs the laces and the look of the shoe with twisted laces and without the over and thru pattern. Thank you New balance I'm walking on clouds again!”

“Definitely the best shopping experience of my life. I worked with David to purchase a tuxedo for my wedding and he was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me into a garment that I loved. I enjoyed the process so much that I ended up purchasing a bunch of other clothes there. This is coming from somebody who does not enjoy clothes shopping as I normally find it frustrating to find items that fit me. I have a taller athletic build and find I'm in between most sizes, but David knew exactly what to put me in. It's rare enough these days to find someone at a store who's willing to help you, but I felt as if they actually wanted me to love the clothes I was buying, and not just try to sell me something.Not only was the shopping experience incredible, but I had to have some pants tailored at the last minute for my engagement photo shoot. Not only did Rush Wilson accommodate this request, but David even dropped off the tailored pants at my house since it was getting close to the end of the day, and my photoshoot was in the morning the next day. I was blown away by this, and I don't think I've ever experienced this level of customer service in my life. Above and beyond in all respects.So first of all, hats off to Rush Wilson for cultivating such an incredible culture to serve customers, and second of all, thank you David for making my experience so great! You have won a lifetime customer.”

“Someone recently referred me to Appalachian Outfitters for hiking shoes. My current ones were too stiff and hand me downs from my sons. I made a special trip there and they are so much more than just hiking stuff.all the staff were super helpful and friendly. I purchased some Topos with a wide toe box and more cushioning for longer hikes. As biz owner of Energy Fitness in Greenville/TR area) and someone that loves to encourage my clients and others to get outdoors and enjoy exercise and nature this place is a must stop for gear. There are so many places to get some great hiking in.this area. The store is near the Haywood mall. Go check it out. I know i will be back.”

“We drove two hours and it was well worth the visit. My daughter needed new pointe shoes & we scheduled an appointment. When we got stuck in construction traffic and were going to arrive late, we called and they were able to accommodate us. They held the shoes she wears & made sure they fit properly. The staff was kind, had a sense of humor and were friendly.They had a huge selection of black leotards as well as gorgeous colorful ones. An excellent selection of skirts as well. Sizes range from child through adult. There was a great selection of warm ups, and all the much needed accessories—bun holders, Bobby pins, toe pad, sewing kits.We’re sadly at the end of my daughter’s dance career, but I would highly recommend this store.”

“This is a fun store. I found lots of things and murdered my bank account along the way. If you're a local, the store is expensive. It wasn't for me. I was expecting prices to be higher, actually. I was able to find really great dog chew toys here, and that was a nice surprise. The only downfall is the customer service. Employees here aren't that friendly. They all seemed unhappy.”

My 2 year old was not with me when I got the shoes for him and they were way too wide for his lil feet... went back a couple days later with shoes and receipt and Shoe Carnival took them back, full refund, no issues. Would recommend. :)”
“The latte I got here is really tasty. Normal price for a coffee shop. It's a very quiet atmosphere that you could come and study or read and not be disturbed. They sell many novelty items as well. The service on a Sunday morning was quick as well.”

“I was shopping for a dress and found that they had a good selection. The dress was in an area clearly marked 40% off. When I went to pay I was told “this one issue on sale, it doesn’t have a sticker.” The stylist was very polite and offered to let me apply for a Macys credit card to get a discount. I would have given them a 5 star review if the dress was in an area that was regular price. Macys did have a good selection of dresses, and several cashiers on the floor. No one offered to help me while I shopped.”

“My mom and I went to look and try on wedding dresses for the first time and we didn’t make an appointment but were immediately helped and stylist Crystina was very helpful with suggestions and finding dresses that mostly fit to what I was looking for. Overall the store selection didn’t have very many options that fit what I was really looking for (more fitted and minimalist) because 95% were all big, sequined, laced, ruffled, etc. Great but not for me. Don’t think I found the one but it’s a process and this place helped! I would recommend. It was a fun experience either way!”
