Purchased engagement ring and wedding bands as a set from here 5 years ago. Over the past five years diamonds continue to fall out of each piece. Usually, they replace them and have no issues. However, after this last visit I am done. I sent it in for repairs. I was told 7-10 days. It took over a month to get it back. Now today I pick up the ring it seems okay. Within 2 hours another diamond has fallen out. Do not waste your time here.

My husband made the mistake of buying my wedding ring from this place. We have been married for a year and I’ve have to take the ring back 4 times because the diamond keeps falling out. Now they’re telling me that I have to pay to replace the diamond when they’ve never been able to make it stay from the beginning. Don’t walk, RUNNNNN away from this place.

I found the same exact pendent on Amazon for half the price they sold it to me for ??♂️Update … it’s definitely the same pendent … and weight .. there is no diamonds .. just 10k gold .. let alone that’s all you guys sell is 10k goldCheck gold prices before you go here .. and the diamonds mostly vs1 which is lowest quality diamonds

"Buyer Beware" These people are selling fake Rolex's and other Big brand watches as Authentic's. 10 - 20 thousand for a knockoff and they're putting people on payment plans. word of advice; only buy luxury watches from reputable dealers. A friend of mine bought a chain from there ado and the guy told him that there were certified vvs diamonds in the chain only to find out the diamonds were fake and the gold was only 10 karot and Not the 24 the guy told him at the store. $5,000 for a necklace they originally wanted $8,000 for turned out to be not eve worth it's weight in gold. These people are lying and stealing from their customers and people should stay far away from this store, it may seem like your getting a good deal but in reality your getting the lowest grade and the cheapest quality at the highest price.
