Brad Armstrong, our technician, always shows up quickly to fix our copier/printer problems. He communicates when things are taken care of and when a problem will require a more extensive solution.

We placed a service call about a squeaky printer. The tech Brad Armstrong showed up promptly and fixed it right away. He has been out to fix a few other copiers and printers for us and always is prompt and courteous and fixes them right the first time! Great job!
