Will drive u crazy how ever I have had hard times just picked up a 2nd job to help pay bills and I had paid on the 29 th and was due on the 12th I was getting text the 6th not a pay week for me ever time I have paid I have ask how much it is 47 .00 I was today well according to them bc I was 6 days late and only made 3 payments on time I had to make a 3 week payment to get back on track well I did but the way I was talk too was unreal when I pay them off will never go back them. Again. Do your self a favor and not get nothing from this place they go out side the law by calling u from cell phones thanking you will answer but the problem is u are not trying not to answer life happens and just bc u have tires from them life. does not stop. They will call you. 6. To 7 times day only by law to call three times day but will use cell phones to call u ad well

My husband and I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert while searching for wheels and tires. Robert's demeanor was very pleasant. He spent all the time needed to make sure that we were able to make the decision on what we wanted. Our experience was so good that we purchased for both of our vehicles. I high recommend if you want a good deal and great customer service, I highly recommend you go see Robert, the store manager.

The manager lacked good customer service. I came in to get a tire change 35 minutes before they closed, and he basically was telling me they are about to close and he can't do it. All the employees were just standing around and there wasn't any other customer. I had to tell them I would tip extra money until someone on the staff decided to do the work. They finished with my tire change 5 mins after the closing time. We waisted 10 mins going back and forth because he wanted to shut the store down earlier. The staff was actually nice, but the manager from the NYC made the entire experience difficult.

I recently purchased wheels and tires for both my wife's and my cars. Robert, the store manager, and his crew of employees worked very hard to ensure that we were satisfied every step of the way with both our purchase and the performance of our new wheels and tires. In addition, they were both knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with during every facet of our transaction. I can recommend Rimtyme in Greenville with the most whole hearted enthusiasm.

My experience with Robert the manager was really great he was very knowledgeable and honest about what he would recommend for my vehicle after telling him what range I was trying to stay in and the look I wanted.Taylor the tire tech was great as well he made sure I was happy with the tires I got. They are really good folks. I will remain a loyal customer to this location for all my rim/tire needs.

I had rims and tires put on at this location last year on a Saturday because that's the only day I have off. I was told I can get free air, tires balance and rotation anytime I called back today to schedule the service on Saturday. And I was told it can only be done mon Thursday. I advised the manager that I purchased my rim and tire package on a Saturday therfore I can only come in Saturday. He refused to connect me with the owner or corporate and kept repeating himself like a parrot. I'll never do business with them again and I'll tell all my company owners the same if I purchased rim and tires on Saturday then obviously I should be able to come back and get a 30 minute worth of service beyond stupid. And when I purchased by package on Saturday they did the rime alignment balance and tire rotation.

Had a last minute tire problem minutes before a long road trip. On a Saturday, the people at Rim Tyme were graciously accommodating and helped me get back on the road immediately. Thank you for being such a blessing on a chaotic day!

Talking to the supervisor sharif today made me realize you shouldn’t act out of frustration with a person that didn’t have anything to do with the situation that happened he was professional and understanding and willing to fix the situation that he didn’t cause showed outstanding people skills and down to earth attitude
