Made my 1st visit to Prisma Urgent Care - Verdae today. What a wonderful surprise! The whole process was refreshingly professional. Loved the facility, the check in process, the assistant handling and especially the thorough and competent work of Dr. Stacy Fender.
A most successful visit and while I hate to say I hope I’ll be back I can highly recommend this healthcare resource!

I always have a great experience when I come here & although I live & work 20mins or more away, I still will choose to come here if I’m not feeling well, etc. I’ve actually come for the triple times now that I’ve had Covid! Personally I’ve never had a bad experience. They always seem to get me in & out! I love it here!! ?

Horrible service from one of the service members. Rude, disrespectful when trying to explain anything. Mind you I’m in a lot of pain and being talked like I’m an idiot. I asked if she could call my insurance to verify and all she said was “I don’t have to do that” leaving me helpless to find another urgent care or doctor.

Im a 100% disabled veteran and I've consistently used this urgent care for the past 3 years to address my ongoing disabilities. THEY ARE BY FAR THE BEST URGENT CARE I'VE EVER UTILIZED!!!! Extremely efficient check-in process. Very friendly front desk and nursing personnel. Physicians are all exceptionally professional and proficient at correctly diagnosing my medical issues. I would strongly recommend this location no matter how far away you live.

The wait for the room was not too long but the wait for the Nurse Practitioner was pretty lengthy. However, the Nurse Practitioner, James Bostic, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, listened to and answered all my questions, was informative and very patient.
