I went in to pay my bill because I didn't want to drive extra miles to put the cash I had on hand in my Bank using an ATM. I thought it would be more efficient. It is that but it also costs you $5. As a customer of Metro, i was insulted by the charge. I cannot reconcile that charge and user friendly customer. It is an insult! And that's all it is! An unashamed insult.

The employess that was there in the white horse rd location suite E was very rude and disrespectful. I called first and she hung up on me so I went to the store to let her know that she can't be doing that to people because people can really get hurt. But once I finished talking she fixed my problem then I left and she didn't apologize.

Had a great experience today. Jose helped me get the plane phone and case I needed without going over my budget. He even helped me set up my phone so it was ready to use right when I walked out the door.i normally don’t go to this location but will definitely make the extra drive just to go to Jose’s store he treats his customers with respect.
