This is the best garden center in the upstate if not the whole state of South Carolina! A huge selection of various annual and perennial flowers as well as so many different types of evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs. You can tell
the employees are passionate and knowledgeable by the quality of all the plants on property. It truly is my happy place!

5 stars. The staff was very friendly and super helpful explaining which plants were suited to what I need. Very large selection of healthy plants. Today was my first visit, but definitely won't be my last.

They have lots of not your average pumpkins and fall table gourds. Love this place it has great indoor outdoor plants. It has a center for hobbiest who like to do bonsai tree. There are air plants of all kinds. Succulents too. Great landscape decorative plants. And they offer classes on Mondays in different garden topics. I enjoyed talking to the staff.

My first time there I came during the weekday. They said weekends are really busy. I got all the plants that I needed. I'm going back for our garden and bringing my wife. when you go there. Two things, bring you some water cuz it's outdoors. And don't forget to get a wagon at the parking lot because I know that you going to be loading up with a lot of plants. Will I go back? Yes Happy garden hunting!

Gorgeous nursery with a huge selection. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. Loved the selection of harder to find plants including the large houseplant selection and shrub and trees landscaping. Very nice natural park-like setting tucked away in the trees.

Unbelievable selection. Slightly more expensive than other places. Very helpful employees.
Anything you are looking for, they likely have. They seem to have expanded, too, since the pandemic.
Avoid on the weekend since they are super busy

This place is awesome. They have a huge greenhouse area with lots of houseplants to choose from in different sizes. I can’t wait to go back and buy more plants from here. The employees were super nice and helpful. This will be my new plant spot!

I absolutely love this place. If you need any plants or trees, advice, or anything to do with the garden, this is where to go. Their selection is amazing. Considering that I can go anytime and get all the information, and often tips and tricks, to make my planting a success the prices are a great value. Compared to large retailers you definitely get your money's worth here. I have benefited so much from the classes offered to customers. After taking their vegetable classes we started our own garden and it has been a huge success. We are having bumper crops of organic vegetables for two years now, all because of what we learned here and the superior quality of the plants and soil we got from Martin Garden Center.
