Bentley is amazing and she has a great eye for upcoming brands and trending styles. She and her staff are super warm and it always feels like you just walked into a big sister’s closet to get the very best! I’ve brought my goods here to sell and she’s very fair. I’ve bought a few things and the price is also very reasonable when you’re on the other side too! Honestly, they are the sweetest and it’s a fashionista’s treasure chest. I’ve found/seen JW Anderson mules (unworn), R13, vintage Pucci, Re/Done, Chanel, Celine, Saint Laurent, No.21, and many more. If you know, you know.

I'm so lucky to have a unique store like Labels nearby! It is one of my favorite pastimes to pop in to see what it new! The owner is lovely and so helpful. She has curated a wide selection of designer clothing and accessories, and you can tell she is selective about what goes into the inventory because the quality and condition of every item is excellent. I have also worked with Labels to resell some of my own gently-used items and the process is very easy...a great way to make room in your closet (and add a little cash in your wallet!) for new things!

I have been shopping at Labels since their opening 15 years ago. I highly recommend this business. I consistently receive the best customer service from the friendly staff. The product selection is most impressive. Great quality and value.

I have always had a positive experience at Label’s. I love to shoo there. They have lovely items and the associates are friendly and helpful. . I am sorry the previous reviewer was less than positive. I have taken items that have not been accepted and I totally get it. They KNOW what sells and that items must be authenticated. I will continue to shop there and I always tell my friends about Labels.

Should have read the reviews before I went to sale items at this store. I think previous reviews have already summed it up but I'll just recap. Some staff were nice, but others were rude and snotty. As far as what they offer on items, they will low ball you to the point its insulting....like 22% of the retail price kind of low. Yes, you can sale items quick here but you're better off posing them online. At least you will get a reasonable offer.

Horrible experience. Me and my sister made an appointment and came in this week. We had very nice items from YSL, Fendi, and Gucci. I even called the previous day to ask what they were looking for. We drove an hour only for our items to be put on the floor and looked at for ten mins! We simply got an “We will pass!” We won’t ever return again.

What I love about Labels is that you have all kinds of high end brands, adorable styles, in very good condition, all in one very manageable space. I’ve found some of the cutest and most unique items in my stop ins. Must shop Labels Guys!!

Rudest most snotty staff ever. Offered me $500 for my LV bag that retails for over $2500...then tried to sell me on the idea that "this is what it goes for resale." What a joke. Will never be back and will certainly tell all my friends.

Buyers beware! Some of what they sell is ILLEGAL! I walked in and saw some chanel jewelry in a case. It was beautiful! I asked the clerk if it was authentic, to which she confirmed that it was authentic and showed me the authentication process they use. I bought two pieces: earrings and a bracelet. I was told the pearls were fake but the pendant was real. The earrings appeared authentic with a marking on the back with the year and season of production. I couldnt verify the earrings with the markings on the back. The bracelet felt VERY cheap. I contacted the lady who sold the pieces to Labels and she made me aware that they are not real, but “chanel inspired.” VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE to sell counterfeit (which is illegal) and tell customers it’s real. I called Labels and left a message, but never got a call back. I wish I could get a refund, and that the business wouldnt lie to customers about authenticity.

On Monday the 8th of 2024 I went in to the store to sell some items. I’d looked up places to sell clothes and Labels was one of the stores to pop up. As soon as I’d entered the store I wasn’t greeted and even after attempting to greet the worker I was ignored. Finally this elderly women (who may I add was the only other person in the store) decided to help me. She gave me attitude about not scheduling an appointment even tho I was unaware that I needed too and then decided to rummage through my things anyways. She picked out a pair of uggs and then told me I need to look up what they were called so that she could decide how much price them for. After she told me how much she would buy them for I decided to take my business elsewhere because the customer service was clearly lacking and I couldn’t be bothered to do business with a place like this.

My daughter and I love Labels! We discovered this store about a year ago and it has been a great place to find on-trend designer pieces for everything from work wear and special occasion, to everyday casual staples. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s our favorite place to shop in Greenville!

This is the designer version of Plato's Closet. You take a brand new, in season item, and they offer you $1 for it.. That was my experience here. The owner was very pleasant, and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. But.. If you're looking to see any decent return on your items, your best option is probably listing them for sale online. I brought in clothing only, only about 10 items. Half were accepted, around $700 worth of clothes, current styles, some still new with tags, and was only offered $55. I wasn't expecting a lot, but definitely wasn't expecting less than 10% of what my items were worth. They also keep your hangers.
