Management treats employees like absolute garbage. They're disrespectful and only care about numbers. I hear them always getting on to someone and yelling. It truly seems like no one is appreciated there.

No one and I mean no one was wearing a mask in this store...in the middle of a pandemic, if this company started being more responsible and cared about the well being of others I'd shop here again.

Me and my boyfriend shop at this ingles a lot and have never had a problem until today. We went to the self checkout to pay and after scanning our first item we were trying to figure out how to put our phone number in for our ingles advantage discount as we are standing there trying to figure it out the employee (Deborah) in charge of self checkout says to us with an attitude "press pay for my order or we're gonna be here all day" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Then my boyfriend told her we're trying to put in our phone number for our ingles advantage and she puts her head down and cry's "oh my god" then my boyfriend was like never mind and she begrudgingly put our number in. We could not believe how rude she was I've never seen anything like it.

Gas Buyers Beware! The sign said $1.79 for unleaded with the Advantage Card. My advantage card worked fine 2 minutes before buying groceries inside. But at the pump, I scanned and saw the message on the pump saying, "Welcome Buyer Advantage Club Member." But when pumping I realized the pump price was still $2.79 per gallon. It doesn't take a genius to do the math...being overcharged $1 per gallon for 20 gallons is being overcharged $20. That's bad business and simply cannot happen. I can't help but wonder how many people have pumped gas here thinking they are getting a good deal because they have an advantage card only to be overcharged? Grocery store is fine and would recommend but just based on principle alone, I'll just stop shopping at any Ingles.

I really like this store. For the most part things are easy to find and there's lots of options. They carry some favorite specialty items I don't see elsewhere. Service is good and the staff are friendly. I can usually get in and out with minimal delay. In like manner, the pharmacy is very good. The only weak spot is the deli counter. Staff there can be a little slow to respond. The fried chicken is great. The Chinese food is awful.

So if I could give this grocery store about a negotiable 10 I would. Listen, they honestly treat there customers like total crap. So store manager and acting manager both were active in this. I bought two bottles of wine, both at a greAAtt discount that should have been 20$ for 2. I pay for my groceries and because of how they do the discount at the end I don't notice that I've been over charged almost 20$ a bottle. So as soon as I pay I read the receipt and see the price is wrong. I head to customer service and see that it's almost double. The wine I i get is misplaced, sad I know. But I've Read the label and the bottle previously so I'm sure I've got it right. As I talk to the manager she runs to check, the bottles have been Misplaced and she has moved them back to the correct spot. She also tired to correct me on the differences between the wine. I WENT TO CHECK IT OUT MYSELF SHE MOVED THE BOTTLES TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I HAD MADE IT ALL UP. So it's not eveN about the money it's the attitude which is complete crap. Let me also mention the store manager was in on I it all. I wIll never shop here again. And just bEcause I was treated so badly I may see what I can do to maKe sure everyone is aware. Like I am a so shockeed at how two very high up employees can treat customers so badley. Like just explain it was in the wrong spot and ho on with yourr day. Honestly f*** all y'all.

Disappointed with this Ingles. At 8:00 they were almost out of fresh breakfast at the breakfast bar and what they had out looked like it had been out for several hours. Breakfast is served until 9:30 they said. The employees were busy talking with each other, laughing, etc. finally someone came over and I asked if they were making more. Nope. I resigned myself to a donut (very poor selection of donuts too).

I went there today for a few groceries got home and the chicken legs were spoil rotten the smell almost made me throw up. I took it back got a refund and I will not be back
