Great experience. I stopped at the shop as an individual rider to buy my first bibs from the Hincapie brand. Warm welcoming from the crew. I was able to try the apparels I was interested in to insure I get the right size immediately. Hincapie produces great apparels equivalent to famous brand produced in Europe (e.g. Santini). Their chamois are amazing. I do recommend this shop and brand.

We were able to design and complete a team order 150 people. Our own designer had some problems but then the Hincapie designers were able to finish the job. It was a really good experience. Shipping and timing were exactly as stated. The quality of the clothing was appreciated by all the team members. We also found good value relative to another provider we had used before. Definitely would do our next kit with them.

I and my team/club at work have only ordered the axis line of jerseys and bibs (both club and race cuts) and we love them. This year (2020) they slightly lengthened the jersey from the year before which helps those who wear just the shorts. The material is wonderful, too.

I ordered a limited availability team kit. It just arrived today and I haven't worn it yet, but it looks great. I can't wait to get out and ride with it on.Ordering was easy, but the limited time was strictly enforced. I wish I had ordered some matching socks.

I have been a happy Hincapie customer since 2013 when I first started getting into road riding! I love their products, from the Hincapie Store on-line and in the local bike shops. I also have been using Hincapie Custom for over 4 years for our local cycling club's custom kits. Their customer service and quality are top-notch! I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a nice kit or you want to make your own custom design using Hincapie Custom! Also don't forget to ride in one or all 3 of their 3 Gran Fondo Hincapie events!

Our experience with Hincapie Sportswear was very good from beginning to the total end, Staff was really friendly and always ready to help, Very flexible and patients, I felt we knew this people from before and make the all process so much more easy to work with, They care about our dead line like if it was their own and that felt really good, It was great team work between them and our team, I would advise any one to order clothing at Hincapie, And the clothing quality is great for having using them already !

Hincapie is the provider for the jerseys & kit for the 2019 JDRF Ride to Cure. The first jersey that was sent was not delivered to me (not Hincapie's fault). But a special request was made to Hincapie to get me a jersey for the event. Two jerseys were sent and they were both wrong. How do you get it wrong twice when the request very specifically stated what was needed?
