I was FORCED to give one star in order to leave a review. This was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever endured at a goodwill. Ever. My husband and I travel the country, and as a fun tradition we check out local goodwills in hopes of finding the one treasure we just have to take home. This goodwill however was NASTY.
There was trash and disgusting merchandise that was only fit for the dump, being presented as items to be sold. The staff was incredibly rude as well. One woman began YELLING at me because I unknowingly touched the wrong box. Then proceeded to make a nasty announcement over the intercom. If you’re looking for trashy items and people, this is your spot! If you’re like me and just looking for a little fun stop, a good deal on a few choice items, and for decent mannered human beings, stay away!! Not worth the hand sanitizer needed after entering, verbal abuse and humiliation!!!

The employees are very nice. The issue I have is that they close down the ENTIRE clothing section (all 5 aisles) right when the store opens every Sunday. They say it's "until we can switch over the clothes" but no one is actively moving any clothes and it just results in a huge loss of profit because half of the store can't be shopped in. It would make sense to close down one aisle at a time as clothes are physically being moved or to switch the clothes over before the store opens. It's a huge waste of time and gas for customers to show up to a store right when it opens and the entire clothing section is closed for at least an hour. Yall need a better system!

They have there things priced to high these things were given to them. I have seen things I can get at Walmart for the same price
I use to give to them but haven't in a while because me and my husband's building burnt down displacing 24 families. We all lost everything we owned even our car got totalled
I am 62 my husband 66 and I called them the next day about getting a few tops and bottoms for us and was told no
I couldn't believe what I was hearing
I want even step inside one
We never had to ask for anything and that was hard for me to ask

A large selection of used clothing with good prices. Unlike Miracle Hill and Habitat for Humanity though, it is not really a ministry to the underprivileged. It is a business that offers limited employment. I prefer to shop at Miracle Hill and Habitat for this reason.

Honestly, Miracle Hill Thrift stores are looking better, Better Merchandise than Goodwill stores, you need a big improvement.

Prices are ridiculous now. All housewares $4. Some items still have DOLLAR TREE tags on them. $1.25 items they are charging $4 for. No longer donating and shopping at goodwill!! This is crazy!! I know someone who works there. They don’t get paid that much.

I have been donating and coming here for years. Today I was treated so poorly by a stocker named Joann. She was beyond rude! I won’t be back.

It's the first time I've gone to a Goodwill store, many recommended it to me but it hardly has anything, all the people seemed upset or bored, the atmosphere was heavy, so we better left.
