No such thing as charity
They're trying to compete with eBay on pricing, however, they fail to look at the actual sold comps, instead, relying on overpriced listings. They're pricing themselves out of the market and don't care...
They're blatantly over charging you for stuff they get for free...

Well....I came to do a drop off for the first time and wasn't greeted, asked if I needed any help or anything. We greeted and said hello....nothing. A red headed kid came out with a cart and rolled it to the car and just looked at me I ask so I just dump it in. He nodded.
Customer service needs a HUGE adjustment.
We even said thank and goodbye.....nothing.

Clean, well organized location. Friendly helpful employees. Great place to find used furniture, clothing, and housewares for a decent price.

These places are the worst!! Really Goodwill really!! No it's not "goodwill" it's a rip off you selling used underpants, old pill bottles and anything you can get a dollar for it's ridiculous. We have people in this city that actually need clothes that have nothing and you gotta charge $4.95 for old used worn shirt??? We have kids out here with no socks and coats no nothing!! The Goodwill is a scam!!! Stop buying all there junk that people gave them that their making 100 percent profit from.

Hey GW, get some people at the donation door who are willing and able to help unload the items people have taken the time to donate! I have been downsizing our home over the past year. Due to location, I have taken over 10 full SUV loads of various nice items, some designer, high end brands, almost all in like new condition, hoping they can make some money by selling them. Never, ever received help unloading one item from my car in all of my trips. Workers were not rude, just not helpful until-This last trip. I told the gentleman who wheeled an empty cart out that I needed assistance as several boxes and furniture items were too heavy. They had been loaded into my SUV by my son. The worker informed me he was not allowed to help and there was no one else to help me. The only way I could get these heavy items in the cart was to basically sling them over the edge and let them fall into the cart. He then started yelling at another worker inside that I was damaging all of the items I brought. I should have stopped at that point, pulled up to the dumpster sitting there, and threw them in. Right then, another customer pulled up. The worker proceeded to tell him that I was damaging the items (that I could barely lift mind you and being rude, I had not said a word after asking for help). He continued to berate me to this customer while I was still unloading. I had not acknowledged his comments regarding me until that point. I asked, how else do you think I am supposed to get them into the cart? He just kept ranting to the other customer and yanked the cart away.I dropped 2 more boxes onto the sidewalk and left. I heard him say-those will just sit there because I can't lift them. Apparently, ok for workers not to be able to lift items but not customers who are donating their goods. I so wish I had driven out of my way to the Salvation Army or Habitat.

This is the worst place to take your donations to. The employees literally just stand there while you unload everything from your car and don’t even say thank you. I hate to just throw away something that could be a treasure for someone else, but I will definitely be taking things from now on to the one in TR. People at Goodwill in TR are much nicer, helpful, and always say thank you!!

This is my favorite Greenville goodwill. Well organized, clean, best prices and good deals. Seemed to have more stuff than some of the others too. The man behind the counter in the wheelchair is one of the nicest people ever. Such a kind soul every single time I interacted with him, I hope he gets a raise.
