I bought the $5 car wash today. It was quick and convenient. I got free vacuum, free air freshener, and cleaning supplies to use on my windows and interior.The wash and wax did a great job on my car . My car shines like a new penny. Now they have opened this new location on Laurens road. It is more convenient for me. Just ride and shine!!??

It wasn't clear to me from the website how the AAA discount worked and I also had a question about the car wash in general: my car was pretty dirty. I parked and went to office. The fellow I talked to, Heath, was absolutely great. He was knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to be kind. He turned my day around. I don't know if Heath's boss reads these messages, but if you do, please give him a raise. Thank you again, Heath.

I love it, they have a $5 car wash option (which you don't see in many places) if you just want a quick wash. They have car wash plans for cheap and there's a deal going on as of 5/29/23 for the plans. They have the vacuum included with the wash plus towels, glass cleaner, air fresheners, and a machine that washes the floor mats all included in the wash price. My car looks good and shiny every time. They also keep upgrading this location with new features. All of the staff are friendly! They politely answer any questions I have and they helped me when I was interested in a wash club plan. Y’all keep up the good work! ? I highly recommendThey're open for Memorial Day

Short review: Steer clear- unless you want a scratched up/damaged car with a side of terrible customer service.Long review:I gave this place a fair shot and with the way things ended I am highly disappointed. I became a member of Fins and got my car washed only a handful of times. After the first wash I noticed several scratches on my car and mirrors that were not there before, as well as small pieces of blue material from the brushes inside the car wash. I let it slide hoping it wouldn’t happen again.I returned from vacation and needed to wash my car, in a time crunch I was just going to wash and not vacuum. The next day while I’m working I notice hundreds of new tiny scratches along the sides of my doors and all over the hood of my car, as well as pieces of the blue brush stuck under my lights and hood. I didn’t have time until later in the week to go up there to let them know. In doing this I was not expecting anything other than an apology and make them aware, so they could potentially fix the issue and more importantly so it doesn’t continue to damage other cars.I spoke to Heath who is either the manager or owner, and the first thing he said when I showed him the scratches was “no one else has let meknow of any issues with damages to their cars, and there is not much we can do since you didn’t let me know the day it happened.” I thought that was a bit odd since I knew I couldn’t be the only one. He made me feel like I was lying and that there was no way possible the damage to my car was caused by the car wash. I let him know I didn’t even want to come up there in the first place about this, but did so because I figured they would like to be aware that their car wash is causing damages to people’s cars and hopefully they could fix the issues. I would never lie about where the scratches came from, and he made me feel like it happened elsewhere and I was putting the blame on them. I told him I have video evidence with time stamps, but I didn’t even bother to show him because it was going nowhere. I then let him know that we wanted to cancel our memberships for our household. He never once apologized for the inconvenience or damage to my car.As I was waiting on Heath to cancel our memberships I googled Fins Car Wash on Lauren’s Rd and saw numerous bad reviews with the same exact issues I presented to him. Google, Facebook and Yelp all confirmed I wasn’t crazy and it was actually them causing damage to peoples cars. Once he finished up I let him know while waiting I looked up reviews and advised that he should take a look himself. His name was mentioned in several reviews about damages to others cars and he lied to my face and told me no one has ever come to him with damages to their cars.I never thought I would leave there so upset. I simply went to cancel our memberships and let them know there is an issue with the car wash. I was left to feel like I was a liar, yet the proof is in the pudding. I would much rather take my business elsewhere and never will support a place that makes me feel like I am in the wrong when I am not, the least I wanted was an apology. When I was walking out of the door Heath said “when you come to a car wash, what do you expect?” I expect it to clean my car and to leave with it looking better than it did when I arrived, not the opposite. I’m pretty sure everyone would agree. A little customer service training could go a long way.

Fins by far is the best monthly carwash they have around here. No hassle great products, the vacuums and all other amenities are on point. Ooo and there complimentary air fresher is my favorite part.

Automatic wash does a pretty good job of washing the car but doesn’t really get the nooks and crannies. They supply towels. air fresheners and dash wipes.

They Damaged my car then said they would repair it. after a month, they then said they weren't responsible. Do not come here if you don’t want your blades or plate ripped off your car.

Find Car Wash is a great place to take your car. The price is affordable. My favorite is is the Pearl wash and wax. It cost 20.00; well worth it. It gives a high polish wet look finish. They provide towels and window cleaner. You vacuum for free. You can also become a member for additional saving on various services. I absolutely love taking my car there.

They have good smelling air fresheners. I really enjoyed using the floormat cleaner and they were enough towels for everyone to use. This was my first time here because I saw the five dollar car wash sign and I will be back.!
