Buyer beware. First impressions where good upon entering the store. Wedding rings left after inspected with the owner, for cleaning, re-white plating and resizing.. promised within two weeks. Called three weeks later and was told to pick up in two days. When picked up the color was off silver and missing three mall diamonds. When I addressed this to the owner he stated maybe they where already missing. I had photos before dropping them off and he performed the preinspection as well. The resizing was the worst work I have ever seen from a professional jeweler. He offered to replace the diamonds but I stated we where not comfortable with his work and I requested not a full refund but some partial refund. He refused. We had another jewelry store down the road do the work and it was completed with no issues in two days.

Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the policy. I had just purchased a ring set from them and didn’t like my rings constantly moving (less than a week of wearing them) and decided I wanted to “mold them” together. Apparently that’s an additional service, I would’ve thought this would be included in the life service they’d offer.
Overall, definitely recommend, just wish this was something that would’ve been included.

I worked with Robin to purchase my now fiancee's engagement ring. I didn't have much experiance with purchasing jewlery, but the whole team was helpful and made it a great experiance. Most importantly my fiancee loves the ring!

Treating people with simple human decency goes a long way. When you treat your customers like they are beneath you, it says more about you than it says about them.
I'd never recommend your establishment to anyone.

I can not recommend Diamond's Choice more! Took the reviews and the drive and will never go anywhere else. The owner was so amazing! Even had me look at my stone under the scope to point out the characteristics and note them, had the gold replaced and enlarged and was $75 less than quoted at a previous store AND done in 3 days!

If I could give 100 stars I would! On the day when my fiancé proposed my ring was WAY too small. Like got stuck on my finger and wouldn’t come off small (my fault for telling him the wrong size). I was about to go to the ER to get it cut off when I called the jeweler to see if they had any suggestions. Robin was so kind and told me to come in right away and he’d take care of it even though they were closing in five minutes. He cut the band off and replaced it for free and assured me that it would all be okay and I’d have my ring for my engagement dinner. He had it ready within an hour and resized it the following week when the swelling had subsided ?We went back to him for wedding bands and he was just as helpful as always. Very communicative and so kind! Highly recommend. The same goes for all of the staff at Diamond’s Choice.

Was asked to pay for things more than once and then proceeded to tell me that the problem now with the piece of jewelry is not their fault it's not. I would not recommend these people to anyone Nor the attitudes of the people that work in there

The highest level of Jewelry knowledge comes from Robin and Margaret. They are the owners and provide a very relaxed atmosphere giving great suggestions without pressuring you into a piece that you would later be unhappy with. I can’t thank you enough for my wife’s wedding ring that I got 14years ago. (that she still loves)Diamond Choice truly is the BEST choice.Thanks again and again Robin and Margaret.
