Had a minor crack in my screen so had it replaced here for $150. I was told upon check out there was a 60 day warranty. The literal next day I look down at my phone and there is a pretty significant crack. It just appeared out of nowhere? It sounds bizarre but I figured sometimes they mess up replacing it and I could take It back for them to fix. They explained the warranty does not cover physical damages so I’d have to pay an additional $85 to have it fixed. I do understand ppl could lie and just bring in their phones after dropping them to try to get a replacement. The employee was rude and it left me with no options since I could not prove I didn’t drop it. I believe it was the lack of skill of the person fixing it or a defective/low quality product. I made an appt with apple and they said it would be about $200 to fix so I recommend just starting there!

The gentleman working this morning was so kind & worked so long to try & fix my IPad. Unfortunately it was not meant to be. But even after he’d spent an hour trying to fix it, he wouldn’t take a dime from me for his time. Above and beyond any normal level of customer service

ZERO STARS!!!! I came in with a cracked screen that they were suppose to “fix the screen” on. Not even 30 minutes after leaving my phone went completely black and overheated on the way home, and would not charge at all. I had to turn around & return to the mall once again. When I got back in the store I was told that my phone was not charging and that the sensor was broken !!! My phone was working completely fine before i came in to get my screen fixed. It took almost a hour for them to fix it and promised everything would work. Well here we are one week later, SCREEN WENT COMPLETELY OUT & phone is completely destroyed because the screen was place on improperly after getting a second opinion. I had to pay them 300+ for a new screen and turn around and buy a entire new phone 1 week later only to be told to bring it back & we will fix it for the THIRD TIME and we don’t do refunds ! I am disgusted !!! They destroyed my iphone to the point I had to get a brand new iPhone. They had no sympathy what so ever about breaking my phone ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO WORK ON ANYONES PHONE OR ELECTRONIC THEY WILL DESTROY IT & will keep breaking it more each time they claim to fix it. Be mindful that when you take your phone for a screen you might end up having to buy a ENTIRE NEW PHONE AFTER THEY TOUCH IT !

600 for a screen repair, no matter the phone, is robbery! Went with my 17 dollar insurance and got a brand new phone the next day. Smh repair stores aren't what they used to be

If I could give it no stars I would!! We went there to have my purple iPhone fixed. They told us 1 hour which that was the max time we had to get it fixed. He told us $150 (which we had no problem with at that time). 1 hour goes by we go get my phone and my PURPLE phone has a BLACK back on it. They tried to argue with us saying it was just a darker purple shade (which clearly it wasn’t). Then they told us we can pay $100 & keep the black back on my purple phone. After saying absolutely not & telling them we were in a time crunch they said give them another hour & they would have it fixed. We then got in an arguing match & the manger said “fine I’ll break your phone and you can have it back”. As you can imagine I lost it at that point & so my husband stepped in. They agreed on $50 off for the inconvenience & my phone to get replaced within 10 mins. If it took more than 10 mins we would get a bigger discount. They fixed my phone less than 10 mins when they originally said it was going to take a hour to fix it. The story doesn’t end there though. He ran our card but ran it for the whole price $150. I told him no we agreed on $100 he proceeded to charge my card for $150. He then only returned $30 back on our card. This place is a huge scam & I will NEVER take any of our devices back here.

my phone came out worse than when i brought it, overcharged and doesn’t take responsibility for what they did to the phone and won’t repair. horrible customer service, greedy only cares about money and obviously doesn’t actually know to fix phones thoroughly. go to an actual reputable business, not some place in the mall
