I recently visited Alpine Ski Center and had an amazing experience, thanks to Dru. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the equipment and helped me find exactly what I needed. The visit was enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this place and Dru's exceptional service!

Alpine ski center in Greenville helped to recommend and obtain the perfect set of skis for my skill level and preferred ski location! They also provided excellent ski waxing services for both mine and my husband's skis in addition to installing my bindings in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking to upgrade your old skis or even purchase your first pair!

I couldn't figure out how to respond directly to the owner's response to my review so responding with another review. The chip on the front end did not happen from ski lines and neither did the huge paint scuff on the back of my left binding. I'm fully aware of what can happen to boards in ski lines. I have pictures of my board prior to getting it tuned up this season that do not have that chip on it. I understand that y'all handle hundreds of boards, which is why I brought mine to Alpine thinking that it would be handled properly. However, in this instance it was not. It does not matter how many boards y'all handle, mine was still not properly taken care of while at the store which is a disappointment. And the lack of customer service after the fact is a disappointing as well.

I took my board to Alpine in Greenville to be tuned up several weeks ago and was extremely disappointed upon getting my board back. Their was a chip to the top plate around an inch long in addition to another small cut on the edge. Also the paint on the back of my binding was scuffed off at least a couple inches long. Upon further inspection there was still surface rust on the edge in addition to the top of the board being filthy. I called the owner the next day and the best I received was that he’d “talk” to the guys in the back. This was a very disappointing experience especially since the board and bindings had only been used once at this point and cost around $800 together. I’ve bought multiple items from them over the years but will absolutely no longer be supporting this store due to this experience. Hopefully others will receive better customer service than I did.

⚠️ People working here are dark web scammers⚠️Background - I rented a snowboard and boots from this location on 01/28/23, during the process they collected information about my credit card, and on the same day they sold/used my credit card information for making illegal purchases of $1000+, when I contacted the manager "David" he was pretty ignorant about it and tried to close topic by putting blame on me, and said that loss always happens and that I should work with bank and im pretty sure "Alpine ski centre" has leaked the information, because no-one except my bank and myself has access to my credit card (not even my family).I request everyone to stay away from these scammers and save your personal information that would end up on the dark web!!

Two young married couples carried two pairs of older skis in to be tuned up that one of their parents had. (They had actually planned to buy new boots for their upcoming trip from the store.) One associate politely asked them to fill out the necessary paperwork for the work. Another came over and glanced at the skis and very loudly (so that other customers could hear) said “ they would not work on the skis and someone would get killed on them.” The couples left without purchasing anything for their upcoming trip and will not return. Poor customer relations, by one associate, for sure!

Service was great. They were very busy and still made sure to take the time needed to fit us for new snowboard boots and show us our options on boards.

I walked in looking for ski equipment because I have a trip planned and not one person acknowledged or asked if I needed help or if I was looking for anything specific. There were a few other people in the store being helped so I continued to walk around. Still no one took one second to say anything. Eventually I just felt like my presence wasn’t wanted so I left. Never again.
