During my recent visit to AFC Woodruff, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist welcomed me with warmth and efficiency, ensuring that my wait time was minimal. The nurses and doctor were not only attentive but also exceptionally informative, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of my treatment options.What stood out most was the staff's genuine concern for my well-being. They not only addressed my immediate health concerns but also took the time to offer additional advice and suggestions for my recovery process, showcasing their dedication to patient care beyond the walls of the urgent care facility.The facility itself was immaculate and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere for what was an understandably anxious time.I left AFC Woodruff feeling cared for and valued, an experience so positive that I felt compelled to write this review before even leaving the premises. My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone at AFC Woodruff. Your incredible service and kindness have not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, thorough, and compassionate medical attention.

Checked in 15 minutes ahead of time, arrived at 1230… still currently waiting at 2:20 to get the results from the X-ray they took at 1:50 … been here just shy of 2 hours and been in contact with nurse/Dr. Less then 6 minutes the whole time… also, we were the only people in the waiting room when we arrived

Waste of time going there. Front desk personnel arrogant, rude, and don't bother to be professional. Seemed like they were giving me a favor answering my questions. Wonder why there were hired for their positions with that amount of attitude. They are incompetent, unhelpful, and irritated with any communication with patients. This facility should have been closed.

Fast and professional service when you need to see a doctor on the weekends. Very impressed with the doctor's knowledge and diagnosis. Everyone was very nice and cordial. Definitely will use again.

They messed up my DOT physical from start to finish. Doctor seemed only be in on Wednesdays. They forgot to give me all the paperwork to fill out. I'd call and they said everything was fine. Stopped in Several times and they always needed something else. Each time it was a new smistake that they had made. They messed it up so many times that I ended up not getting the job. This went on for 3 weeks. They couldn't get me over to another Doctor because this Doctor was the one who started The process. I would not go here for anything.
