Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Affordability: 5 Cleanliness: 5 We visited the Navy Exchange Main a few times over the past year, and most recently just last weekend. This Exchange is definitely one of our favorite, because it's just the right size. They always have what we're shopping for and their prices are very affordable. This Exchange has a Class VI also co-located, which is very nice and allows us to restock our liquor cabinet.

I would to say that Joanna is the greatest especially when it comes to fitting! I was fitted by the other lady but Joanna helped her to fit me better! I really recommend her for CPO fittings very accommodating very pleasant to work with and will go above and beyond!!

Joanna is really good with her customer service. Always smiling very friendly!! Everytime I come here she is very welcoming and she works so hard. We came here on a busy day the line was so crazy. They had 3 cashiers including her but she managed to work faster than anyone else and take care most of the customers! That was very impressive! She said she don’t like customers waiting in line so she do her best to accommodate them! This young lady will do great in the future! I rarely leave reviews but this girl made me do it.

I would like to give the 5 stars to the young lady here. Originally the old tall guy was checking me out but it seems like he don’t even know what he was doing he asked me to swipe my card 6 times already!! Until he asked this young lady. she is really nice she seem dependable at this store and knows everything. She keeps apologizing about what happened and managed to take care of me. The old guy really threw me off because he looks professional but don’t even know what he’s doing. 5 stars for the helpful young lady.

Quality work but exceptionally poor service.I called to ask if my order was ready. They easily could have told me that they require ticket numbers on hand to service requests or even MENTIONED the ticket. Instead, they used manipulative tactics. They left me on the phone line for 32 minutes "searching" for my order. When I arrived at the end of those 32 minutes, it only took 45 seconds to locate it.They intended to punish me by waiting for me to hang up, instead of simply asking me to call back with my ticket number handy. Again, they didn't even ASK for it. And yet, when I arrived in person, I was told with my order in hand that the ticket number is necessary to help them locate it.Boldfaced contempt of their customers.

My father passed away and I only have a limited amount of time back stateside before I have to leave again to complete my deployment. I came to this store to put together my Service Dress Uniform for his funeral.Being prior service Army, I've never had to put together this uniform before. I was pretty much taken by the hand and made proper.Since I was in rush, the seamstress sowed my patches and stripes on immediately, 20 mins before store closing.The staff at this store did not have to do this for me at all. They made a world of difference for me in a great time of need. I appreciate them and the expedient precision work they've done for me. 10 stars.

0 star for the associate named Dee she is very rude and don’t have any manners. She treats customers like a child. When I was talking to the girl who got a purple hair, she interrupted her while she was explaining something to me. However this young lady with purple hair was very polite, and well mannered. She keeps apologizing for this old lady’s rudeness. And this 5 star is for her, excellent customer service.

Joanna is the best! The one with the purple hair. She was very helpful, polite and always smiling. You can tell that she loves what she’s doing, she helped me with the hemming and made sure I am comfortable with all my clothes and the fact that she remembers me whenever I come by here is amazing! 100/100 customer service from her!

The older sales lady (I believe her name was Debbie) was exceptionally rude to my husband and I. We took it in stride but if it was anyone else they’d leave in tears. I have never left a negative review however this was necessary. Beware of “Debbie”.

Good deals on uniforms. Some accessories are pricey. You will need a current DOD ID to purchase items. Mainly it's Navy and Marine items. Mask required as of 11.10.21. They have medals and ribbons for Veterans.
