My daughter found the exact same one she had been wanting. Carlos the store representative made sure prior to her buying that one, that that was what she was looking for. Carlos was very helpful and professional in dealing with us and he made sure we got what we wanted. Carlos and another store representative loaded my daughters couch onto her truck. “The garden section is impeccable! Lots of well taken care of flowers, plants, trees, etc. The staff was friendly and plenty of carts to choose from. They also had a clearance rack full of plants which is unusual at the other Lowes locations. Especially since theirs actually didn't look bad!!”

Jared physically verified that there was one left in stock and then worked with me over the phone to arrange for delivery - THE NEXT DAY! Kudos to Jared for an outstanding customer experience!”

“Made an appointment to get a battery replacement in an iPhone 11. I was called the morning of the appointment to verify the device I was bringing in and what for (missed that call but they left a message and I called back). When I called back, I spoke to Jeff and was told I could come in sooner if I wanted to since they had some availability in the afternoon. I did arrive about two hours early and they immediately got started on my paperwork and repair. Within an hour and a half I had the phone back with a fully charged battery. Definitely beats the service I received at a Battery store the week prior. The communication, customer service, and attention to detail was top tier.”

“I have to say, I am normally a Lowes shopper because we don't like the Home Depot in Summerville much. People aren't super helpful there and definitely not friendly. I was hesitant to go to this Home Depot but it's the only place that had something we needed and it was on our way home from downtown. So we stopped. EVERYONE was so super nice and helpful! I wish it wasn't so far away. The people we encountered from a gentleman stocking who knew right away where what we were looking for was, to the people at the self check out. There were like 3 people at the self check out and 2 that were at the other counter that all were so very friendly. That has changed how I feel about Home Depot. I'm glad it was the only place that had what we needed. Keep being awesome!”
