I am a woman who got breaks replaced. It was done in a timely and efficient manner and was I was charged a reasonable price. More importantly they did not try to sell me services I did not need.

Known Ricky for most of my life and he really knows what he is doing as well as his shop. If you need something done on your vehicle I would definitely trust him. I will make sure to bring all my vehicles to him. He will make sure your vehicle is working right to safely transport you and your family. They are not well staffed, take a long time for a fix, and charge $52 to replace a tail light fuse... Keep looking...

I went to NTB for an oil change and was told I needed brakes, pads, rotors and tires for approximately $2000.00. Went to Gilberts for a 2nd opinion. Gilberts told me my brakes, pads and rotors were fine and I just needed new tires soon. Thank you Gilberts for being honest with me. I will always recommend and return to Gilberts.Service: Tires

Tire pressure warning light came on while traveling here in a rental car. Stopped in to have it checked out. They took rental car for drive to check it immediately! Very kind and professional. Turns out there was no problem with the tire and they were able to reset warning light. Very thankful to find this caring company.
