Went to go buy a used tire from the was told they where good tires. Went to look at tires one had a plug in the side wall the other had a pice of metal sticking out of it.
IF YOU GET TIRES HERE CHECK THEM OVER BEFOR GETTING THEM PUT ON.

I showed up to get some tires mounted 30 minutes before closing (I know I know) I was trying to make an appointment at the funeral home the next day. They were able to get my squared away. I've been using them for mounting my tires and flat repairs for at least 10 years. Great people!

I bought a vehicle 3 days ago and got an oil change here yesterday. I was told by a translator that my drain plug was loose and I would need to see a mechanic then come back for ANOTHER oil change. They said they could put silicon around the plug to make it stay. The night of my oil change, the entire contents of my oil pan drained into the parking lot at work. Not to mention, upon checking my bank account that night, I had a pending charge of $84.24 for an oil change on a small Lincoln LS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They will definitely be hearing from me today.

Terrible service, I went because my car continued to have the same brake failure and they even left me talking to myself. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I spent a lot of money and they don't give a guarantee for the parts they change.

Went and got rotors and brakes on the back,and just brakes on the front of my Lincoln town car. A few weeks later my rear passenger back tire started smoking so pulled over to check things out ,and some type of oily fluid was in wheels of my car so I cleaned it a lil let it cool off ,and proceeded to get back on the hwy. Fast-forward a week later my whole wheel assembly hum came off my car while I was driving. So I got the car towed to my house called Gaston tire and towing, because they were the last 1's to operate on my brakes ,rotors and brake caliber. Now they're basically its my fault I've called speak with the owner over 10 times on yesterday ,but was told I couldn't have his number. Now I'm out of a car ,because they won't fix or either compensate me for their wrongful doings . I've even asked countless times to send someone to check it out or have their tow truck pick it up ,but I've been getting the run around from the manager after I've sent videos,and pictures of my vehicle and what's gone wrong with it for the manager to tell me everything was put on correctly , but he wasn't even there when it was being operated on as he even said in the texts the he wasn't there at the time. I just want my car fixed that's all I hate to even leave a review, but if this is the only way I can get the owner attention then be it since I was told by the manager not to give out the owner number. He claims when owner walks in today he will have him call me ,which I was told the same lies since yesterday. I work to hard to have someone work on my car ,and to have something else go wrong with it from where they worked on it at. I actually could've lost my life or taken someone else life once my tire came off. To the owner Please reach out to me please do the right thing

All the employees worry about is certain customers all the Mexican customers they totally ignore anyone else I only get help from one guy that works there his name is mr. Cane he's always polite and he's really fast I watched the other employees constantly yell at him for no reason at all if he ever quits my family and I will find somewhere else do do business cause the other employees are overcharging for services as well I come here on a regular basis so I know the actual prices keep up the good work mr.cane
