Jeff was very understanding, courteous and professional. He worked swiftly to make an emergency repair. This allowed me to surprise my wife on her birthday with her like new diamond earrings. She cried with joy the moment she saw them!

Impressed by the customer service and care I received this morning! Brought my great neices watch in for a new battery and it turns out the watch was not operable at all! What to do? It was her graduation gift! Well I enquired about women's watches and was shown nice selections however nothing caught my eye until I was shown the Citizen Eco drive! I myself have an Eco drive and love it! Stylish, gorgeous, feminine and very resilient! So, thats what I picked for her! My nephew's birthday is in 15 days and he loves knives! Long and behold, they have a great Case Knife selection, so problem solved, purchased a Texas Toothpick knife for him! Not to stop, my other great niece is having her 16th birthday in June, so while I here, might as well get her a lil something also! She picked a beautiful sterling silver anklet! Gorgeous choice!
