Wish we would have checked these reviews before buying from this company. We are a 53 year old manufacturing company who is tax exempt and they wouldn't accept it because we used a personal card to purchase for the company. We will NEVER buy from Newark again. Be aware!!!

People on-site actually in building great group. To order you have to call some one in India it sounds like and that was the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in long while.

Good selection of parts. Atrocious customer service. Pray you don’t have issues with your order because customer service will ensure they get worse if you call. Will stick with mouser or digikey even if I have to pay more.

I delivered to Newark a few times now and when the people ordering tell me Newark instead of just the address it really helps!!!! Every time I've delivered to the employees they have been more than kind and patient as I try to locate exactly where they are!! I'd have to say I've had no issues with the employees and they have all been a pleasure to serve!
