Honestly my rating is the service. Clothes are clothes and j. Crew is directed at older women.. kinda like macys but the gals working here are beyond rude! They make absurd assumptions and are vocal about it! I highly recommend shopping online if you like j crew and avoiding the Gaffney location!

Beautiful clothing for Winter. Came here with Hubby since we are new to SC & I was so happy to find this outlet store. It was so peaceful and quiet for a Saturday afternoon.

Well for one they are high priced. Two the staff watch ya like you are going to steal something. I walked around the corner a staff walked around the corner. I am 58 I would not ever take anything and for them to watch you like you would made me feel uncomfortable. Never again.

I really like the fit of the clothes here. I also ordered a shirt online that was damaged. No problem with a return. Just know that you can't return it to the non-factory J. Crew store. However, I have no complaints about the customer service.
