This CVS pharmacy is horrible. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. This has been on multiple instances. I can understand going in once and someone having an off day but this is almost every time I have to get a prescription. And if you have a question forget getting an answer or if you do they will act like you are a huge inconvenience. Prescriptions are expensive enough the staff can at least act professional and not so negative.

Worst pharmacy around they literally do not care about you getting your prescription on time and they are extremely rude I literally do not know how any of the them still have a job

Went to this CVS for a couple months every Monday to get my medicine. The worst service I have ever seen and the couple of ladies in the pharmacy were always very rude. I really don't see how this place stays in business. I never once got my medicine less than waiting at least an hour or longer. I started using CVS in Chessne they have very nice employees and only had to wait 5 minutes for my meds!!!

If I could give this store a rating of minus 10 , I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Very inefficient, and they do not care about their customers. My mother's doctor called in a prescription about 11:30 a.m. and at 2:30 p.m. it was not ready. They confirmed the office called it in but the store had not put it in. They then said it would be another hour. So, in other words, it is not important to them. If you can do it in an hour, why was it not done within 3? I've never liked this pharmacy

Call them up to find out if I could get my prescriptions. They keep hanging up on me. I think this pharmacy sucks. Okay. They have no courtesy. What's the weather? I had to give them a one star, but they deserve a 0. They really are bad. I will be changing my pharmacy. I never had a worst pharmacy for Is c v s They suck

They only get one star because i had to. The pharmacist is a total joke. They even told me to go to Walgreens to get my medicine. No wonder you see closed pharmacies everywhere now.

Zero stars the pharmacist was very rude today to my husband when he was trying to get my medicine straight they told me everything be ready yesterday but it was still out stock been out of stock for a week and called today they said two hours well they saying he don't have to have a attitude he wasn't having a attitude y'all was having trouble hearing so he was talking louder y'all the ones with the attitude y'all wanna see a attitude then learn how do y'all job and get in your head customer are always right and maybe y'all had better phones or open y'all ears or have a hearing aid y'all probably can understand English so try again

Some times the pharmacist are rude I have had them hang up on me and some of my medication is always on backorder and has took up to three weeks to get I will be changing drug stores .

All and all, it's a great experience every time that I visit this location in Gaffney. I love the CVS. The people here are so helpful and always generous and giving a lending hand. The manager here is also an excellent display of true leadership.

I would write them zero stars if I could. The customer service is absolutely awful. Every encounter I’ve ever had the workers are so rude they’re even ruder on the phone. I would recommend anyone in the Gaffney area to use the Buford Street Drug Store. They are so caring and have great customer service. I would recommend absolutely no one to ever go here.
