Agent Alex Hall mislead and lied to me about details of the home I purchased in order to get the sale. Both him and Stephen Cooley were rude, entitled and did nothing to make the situation better for me. Look elsewhere if you want a realtor you can trust

I purchased a home that was being sold by Stephen Cooley Real Estate. While they didn't work for me, someone made a commission for what I paid for the home. In my humble opinion they didn't deserve it. From my experience as a Buyer of a home they represented this wasn't a good experience. Communication is key and this firm is lacking in basic skills. My agent did not have her calls returned and we felt in the dark the entire time. With this guy's face plastered all over the place you would think he'd follow up with his team to make sure they provided good service. Seems more like a "mill" than a company looking out for their clients.

My realtor, Dale Loftis, was referred to me and I had the absolute best experience! He took me and my family on as a client despite the fact we were outside his area and I think I know why. I've had the opportunity to work with Stephen directly and several members of his team. They're all extremely professional and very client-focused. As with anything complex transaction that involves multiple parties, there will be hiccups along the way, but I've seen firsthand how these guys go the extra mile to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible in favor for their clients.
